Garlic (Allium sativum L.) is an important unique flavor of vegetables, especially with their health care function of the constant discovery, it has become necessary for daily life and health.However,due to the long phylogenetic garlic result, bolting and bulb formation requires low temperature by vernalization, a long period of sunshine through photoperiod, and bolting at higher temperatures, changes of endogenous hormones content played an important role in bolting garlic. This test used 400W solar sodium lamp fill light and exogenous GA3 treatment.To study the relationship of hormones and garlic bolting using different concentrations of exogenous GA3 on the garlic, understanding Garlic development mechanism, the results showed that:1. In this experiment, garlic leaf nutrient content and changes in hormone levels to understand the mechanism of bolting garlic. High soluble sugar, protein and free amino acid availability in favor of garlic bolting, mainly because of the garlic from vegetative growth to reproductive growth requires a lot of changes in the supply of nutrients, so the high nutrient content in favor bolting garlic.Hormone content of three varieties of similar trend , GA3, ZT, and IAA were significantly increased after bolting, ABA significantly reduced, indicating that high GA3, ZT, and IAA content in favor bolting garlic, ABA content in favor of low-bolting garlic2. In this experiment,long exposure time to promote the garlic in the early bolting, and achieved very significant results,bolting ahead of 20d. Garlic sprouts a single weight and garlic length of the significant differences, secondary growth was low; nutrient content and not reduced, Compared with CK,soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, free amino acid and allicin content the content slightly higher. Fill light to meet the requirements of photoperiod bolting garlic, garlic can promote the early bolting, it is suitable for agricultural production, especially organic vegetables and pollution-free production and processing.3. The physiological role of GA3 range from seed germination, seedling growth, flowering stem elongation and the whole process has its participation. The results of this trial showed that exogenous GA3 treatment was higher in early bolting garlic and garlic can break dormancy, so that garlic may not be able to bolting through the cold, and ahead of 30d. Garlic and Garlic in the nutrient content is not reduced, exogenous GA3 treatment will promote the soluble sugar and soluble protein synthesis, indicating that exogenous GA3 treatment increased plant energy metabolism in plant protein and soluble sugar content increased to meet the plant in reproductive growth when a large demand for nutrients, which may be exogenous GA3 is also one of the reasons for bolting garlic.4. ABA content increased at first, then increasing trend to reduce.Treated with hormones in advance of the peaks and troughs, T2 arrive the trough ahead of 28d, T1 ahead of 10d. Indicating that high concentrations of ABA content in favor of differentiation, but only the ABA content will be bolting down to a certain extent. The IAA content in ABA content in just the opposite, IAA content was decreased and then increased again before declining trend, the emergence of a trough of a wave crest, trough should begin to differentiate during the mosaic, while the peak period of the garlic began bolting with exogenous GA3 treatment in advance of peaks and valleys, and early bolting ahead of time and the circumstances of garlic in good agreement, IAA content increased in favor bolting garlic. ABA and IAA content contrary, garlic bud differentiation and bolting on the role of the contrary, ABA content increased in favor differentiation, reduced in favor bolting garlic, IAA content decreased in favor mosaic differentiation, increased bolting in favor of garlic .5. GA3 and ZT content showed two peaks and a trough, the second peak period of garlic began bolting. T2 and T1 arrived early ahead of 28d and 13d respectively. In fact, exogenous GA3100 mg / L treatment T2 and 50mg / L, respectively, compared with the control treatment T1 early bolting 30d and 15d, which coincide between the two. High levels of endogenous IAA, GA3, and ZT is conducive to bolting garlic by garlic dynamics of endogenous hormones. The ratio between endogenous hormones bolting garlic also important, IAA / ABA, ZT / ABA and GA3/ABA both peak appears in bolting garlic, garlic benefit ratio of large bolting.Endogenous hormones and the balance between the dynamic changes in the process of bolting garlic plays an important regulatory role.
