| For better understand the genetic characteristic of wenshang Luhua chicken,improving their value of economic and breeding,and getting a stable development on this industry, Wenshang Luhua chickens were investigated including growth performance, immune detection and disease control. The results showed as follows.1,The body conformation, production performance and reproductive performance of Wenshang Luhua chickens were investigated in 100 chicken farms, and randomly selected 100 chickens were analyzed with meat and egg quality. The results showed that: Wenshang Luhua chicken have feathers bright, compact size and other physical characteristics. The variety of fat content in breast muscle is 2%, and has higher protein content. The slaughter rates of cocks were 89.61%, 71.21%, hens were 90.82%, 68.90%.Wenshang Luhua chickens have good meat, development and production compared with other local chicken breeds and crossbreeding.2,The Newcastel Disease(ND) , Marik's Disease(MD) and Infectious Bursal Disease(IBD) were seriously infectious diseases by investigation and laboratory testing. Five thousands Wenshang Luhua chickens were selected as experimental group and control group immunization, and antibody were detected in laboratory. The results showed that compared with the control group, ND morbidity, mortality, death rate decreased by 3.26%, 3.18%, 25.5%, and protection rate was increased by 3.18%. Using two vaccines for immunization MD results showed that the former was better, immunity, morbidity, mortality, death rates decreased by 1.72%, 1.64%, 23.94%, protection rate was increased by 1.64%. The morbidity, mortality and death rates decreased by 2.52%, 1.90% and 13.69%, protection rate was increased by 1.90% with the freeze-dried IBD vaccine. The experimental group reduced the overall incidence of 14.63%, 9.11% lower mortality rate, feed egg ratio increased by 12.2%.The total survival rate, duration of peak egg production, and egg production increased 9.11%, 16.55%, and 3.1%.The egg fertilization rate and hatching rate increased by 4.8%, 4.2%. |
