Since the 21st century,China's agricultural modernization process has gradually begun to advance,in the poultry breeding industry,industrial intensification,breeding scale is also the future for a long time the direction of development.Which requires the poultry production technology and the environment to guard a pass strictly,on the environmental control of the poultry,the use of modern technology for reasonable management of the entire birdhouse environment,has become a guarantee the quality of eggs,improve breeding efficiency and enhance market competition indispensable important link,also for our country's poultry industry standardization production provides the necessary premise.In this paper,the present situation and the requirements and characteristics of the poultry house environment in the breeding of Luhua chickens were analyzed comprehensively,and the overall design scheme of the luhua chickens breeding house based on the automatic control technology was put forward.In photo chicken brood of various environmental impact factor measurement,combined with modern microelectronic technology,sensor technology,etc,with the single chip processor as the core of control and data processing software hardware combination of environmental control system,to be used for photo chicken brood of automatic adjustment and control,thus realize the photo brood of large-scale health breeding.The control system of luhua chicken brood house adopts the control idea of proportional integral and differential in the theory of automatic control system.Firstly,temperature,humidity,ventilation,light intensity and other sensors were used to collect the environmental parameters of the luhua chick house.Then,these parameters are sent to the control module as the negative feedback signals of the system,and the control quantities of each channel are generated according to the control parameters determined by the simulation in advance.Secondly,the control quantity generates the driving signal of the fan,valve,heater and other equipment through the settlement of the driving algorithm and transmits it to each equipment;Finally,the drive module controls the corresponding implementation equipment to adjust and control the comfortable poultry house environment.Is not a closed circulation system of the whole system,it is a open system can realize real-time interactive,through the human-computer interaction interface Settings,which can realize real-time monitoring for birdhouse,also can through the human-computer interaction interface to set and modify the initial parameters,to meet the photo chicken into the environmental impact factors in different growth periods of different requirements.Through the photo chicken brood of temperature,humidity,ventilation,lighting and other environmental impact factor of adjustment,this paper implements the photo brood chicken house automation control system,can through the acquisition module,control module,drive module and the linkage control panel,complete the photo brood chicken shed a variety of monitoring and control of environmental factors.Compared with the traditional luhua chicken rearing house,the automatic control system has more rapid response,more accurate calculation and more intelligent control.By comparing with the traditional brood house,the automatic control system could accelerate the growth rate of the chicken brood house.
