This article systematic studied different agronomy measure to Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz growth gauge law and influence mechanism on the basis of field trials such as the different cultivation methods,transplanting density,different vegetative growth adjustment measure as well as increase palygorskite et.The purpose of the study was to provide some scientific basis for for the high efficient planting of Hedysarum polybotrys H.,And to provide theoretical basis for the construction of GAP base thereby,guiding the large-scale production for standardization cultivation of Guralensis. The main results were as follows:1.The film mulching cultivation had significant effect on plant height, main root growth, root diameter and the number of branches. the membrane side-gutter plants especially the black membrane cover side-gutter plants was the highest production cultivation forms of Hedysarum polybotrys H.. Its yield increased by 36.10%(p<0.05) compared with the comparision,The length of root and the dia-meter was increased by 1.54 times and 1.32 times (p<0.05) respectively. Root dry matter accumulation compared with that of the comparison increased by 38.0%(p<0.05). Next one was the white membrane cover side-gutter plants. results that diseased plants of Hedysarum polybotrys H.were statisticed after being collected showed that the incidence of Ma-mouth disease, root rot and other diseases of black membrane cover side-gutter plants were less.2.The transplanting density had different effects on the growth dynamics of Hedysarum polybotrys H.The plant hight root dimeter,main root length and branches of main stem were all decreased with inscreasing planting density of Heysarum polybotrys H.,meanwhile,dry matter accumlatuion of root,rootleaf,aerial part and yield were all dereased with increasing planting density. The yield were also increased with increasesing the transplanting plant spacing. While the distance between plants increases to 30cm,the plot output is lower than 25cm.The plot output of the 25cm was highest,which was 15565.00 kg/hm2,and increased by 37.74% compared with 10cm (p<0.05); plant height, main root growth, root diameter and the dry material accumulation were the highest and main root long also best. From this thinks that the cultivation density was the material effect factor which its growth and output form, Therefore, transplanting density was an important impact on plant growth and yield formation. From this study, the conclusion could be drawn that transplanting plant spacing of 25cm (150,000plants/hm2) was suitable for the field planting density ofr the local Heysarum polybotrys H.. 3.Treatment's output after the nutrition orign modifying was higher significantly than that of the comparison, The fresh output of trement that was cut root and cut stem was the highest, which was 13070.00kg/hm2, cutting stem treatment followed for the 12406.25kg/hm2, slightly higher than that of being cut root cut root and cut stem, which was 11930.00kg/hm2.They was increased by 33.10%,26.16% and 23.20% compared with the comparison respectively. Both the head diameter and the root diameter of Cutting root and stem treatment, cutting root treatment,cutting stem treatment were also significantly higher than the comparison. But the main root length of cutting root treatment and both cutting root and cutng stem treatment slightly were shorter than the comparison, and the main root length of cuting stem treatment was the longest.4.Playgoskite can enhance stilbazolium height, main root length root diamete, dry material accumulation quantity of ground and root and the yield of Hedysarum polybotrys H. when it was used in scopes 750kg/hm2~3000kg/hm2.And the yield was the highest when it was added 2250kg/hm2, which was increased by 37.77%(p<0.01) compared to the control.And the comprehensive characters was optimum. Next was added 1500kg/hm2. when it was added 1500kg/hm2,3000 kg/hm2 and 750kg/hm2, the yield was also increased by 23.44%,22.43% and 14.79% compared with the comparision.This study result showed that playgoskite did not only make enhance fertilizer effectiveness but also make enhance output considerably.
