Then, from the needs analysis, conceptual design and logical structure, following the common approach to the study of a database, we have done some research and device work to the targeted area. With the aid of Visual Studio 2008, we also have worked out some interrelated program, which can be used to identify a user, input and output data, check in statistics, and so can be an aid to make decisions. According to classification of related data and coding standard, the study designed and built Agricultural Resources database, including soil resources, water resources, climate resources, fertilizers information etc, and tested the key parts of the above agricultural resources in these tables: the survey of basic information in the sample lots, the survey of fertilizer-using, the results of soil test. Furthermore, the study also devised metadata and data dictionary, which have some connection with the agricultural resources database.This database would have some practical significance to management efficiency and rational use of agricultural resources and the efficiency improvement of the traditional agricultural resource management significance, Can provide decision-making information to the Administrator on how to achieve the farm intensification of agricultural production, the combination of large-scale economic and social benefits, and can be a foundation for the realization of agricultural resources data exchange and sharing either between different countries or between different regions.
