This experiment use the nanometer materials made by HuNan ReiHe company. The nanometer materials were made into water-soluble nanometer paint and smeared on the interior wall of bulk curing barn with the 8m length of loading tobacco chamber, traditional flue-curing barn that was reconstructed into bulk curing barn and the electric-heated flue-curing barn designed and made by Henan Agriculture University. When the nanometer paint was dried, we put the fresh leaves into the curing barn to study on the effect on the basic performance of that curing barn and the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves and the change of physiological biochemistry during bulk curing1. Before 24h, the water Content in the nanometer barn lower and the water loss rate was higher than the control. During48~60h, the water loss rate was faster obviously than the control. After 60h, the water's dynamic changes of the treatments were similar. During the whole curing process, the water content and the water loss rate of the nanometer treament decreased was higher than the control.2. The content of chlorophyll and carotene reduced in the process of curing, but the chlorophyll loss rate was lower than the carotene. Before 24h, the chlorophyll loss rate higher than the control in nanometer barn. During 36~48h, the chlorophyll loss rate of the control was higher than that of the nanometer treament. After 48h, the chlorophyll loss rate of the two treatments'differences was less evident. The whole process was shown that the chlorophyll loss of nanometer barn finished in advance about 12h. The color of the tobacco leaves in nanometer barn were yellowing firstly,at the same time, the carotene loss was complete.3. With the promotion of the curing process, the tobacco leaves level of peroxidase(POD) activity was enhanced in nanometer barn before 60h, and be decreased after 60h. The activity of polyphenol oxidase(PP0) appeared"reduce~rise~reduce~rise"gradually in the process of curing, but it was the higher in the nanometer barn. Before 24h, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was higher than the control. During 24~60h, the activity of SOD in the nanometer barn deceased faster than the control, and their difference were not obvious after 60h. The malondialdehyde(MDA) content was negatively correlated with the activity of SOD. The abscission acid(ABA) content of the nanometer treament enhanced faster than the control, and reached the Peak 12h ahead, and the developmental Trend of Curves had negatively correlated with the degradation of chlorophyll significantly.4. The activities of amylase in the nanometer barn appeared higher than the control, and the starch content of flue-cured tobacco was lower than that after the curing process. Because the total sugar and reducing sugar content of nanometer barn was higher and nicotine content was lower than that of the control, the ratio sugar/ nicotine of the nanometer treament leaves was close to 10 correspondingly.5. The latent fragrant substances were analyzed chiefly in the flue-cured tobacco such as carotenoid and its degrading products, chlorogenic acid and rutin, with the materials of C3F grade tobacco leaf in the different flue-cured tobacco producing areas of the treatments. The result showed that the content of total polyphenol, chlorogenic acid and rutin were 25.54mg/g,1.6mg/g and16.27mg/g in the nanometer barn, all content of them were higher than the control. At the same time the content of petroleum ether extract, and free amino acid from the nanometer barn were higher. The content of the neutral aroma components in the nanometer barn was higher than that in the control. Perhaps the degradation of chlorophyll in the nanometer barn was sufficient, so the content of neophytadiene was 0.52 percentage points higher than in the control. Other degradation Products content such as the products of degraded by carotenoid, cembrane, and phenylalanine in the nanometer barn is higher than that in the control, but the products congtengt of maillard reaction was opposite to the weight detection.6. It was not only the the vertical temperature difference of the curing barn was reduced, but also the level temperature difference was reduced after the curing barn was smeared, so in the curing process the Coordinative curing course of fresh tobacco leaves came from differential location was enhanced. The curing time could be significantly shortened from nine hours to sixteen hours after the curing barn was smeared. The weight of every hundred tobacco leaves from the nanometer treament was higher from seventeen to twenty-four g. If the planter enhance Management normatively and Promote the Quality of fresh tobacco leaves, they could obtain extra interests about 558.30~744.00 yuan/ha. The treatment of the nanometer treament could decreased the planter's labor intensity that the earning convert of every kg dried tobacco leaves was 0.42-0.48 yuan in the curing process, and saved the coal and power energy that was 0.157yuan.7. Studied on the synthesized quality of cured leaf, it showed that: the quality of cured leaf was better by treatment (nanometer bran),the appearance quality such as color intensity, leaf structure and physical property such as Flexible and filling property were better. Because of the tobacco grades from the nanometer treanment improved 3.2%-4.6%, the commodity value of tobacco leaf is higher coincidently.
