In this study, Honghuadajinyuan, as tested materials, is used to monitor the temperature and the humidity in the internal9equal areas of downward airflow bulk curing barn which equipped with the temperature and humidity recorder. Investigation of the temperature and humidity differences in bulk curing barn with downward airflow system is carried out. Chemical components in different regions with different maturity after baking tobacco leaves are examined respectively; and evaluation of the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco samples are carried out. Analyzing appearance quality and chemical composition of the tobacco by the coordination of the results as the basis, the study explores the tobacco leaf position, optimal combination of harvest maturity and loading area of three factors, in order to improve Honghuadajinyuan flue-cured tobacco quality. The results show that:1In the tobacco curing process, difference of temperature and humidity exists in each part of the bulk curing barn at the same time; the differences are in the upper area of the baking room in vertical and horizontal direction; part of the regional differences between temperature and humidity are existed. Several differences mainly reflect differences. Cured in different regions of temperature and constant temperature row in wet rate and different baking temperature experienced differences in time etc.. According to the difference of temperature and humidity conditions, baking area can be divided roughly into3types, high temperature and low temperature region, in wet areas and low temperature and high humidity area. There are fixed conditions of temperature and humidity, so the category is relatively fixed. E. for the analysis of specific parts of the tobacco can be discussed and3types of region further specialization of5subtypes.2. Area of each parts of air-curing humidity type classification:B-1, Al region; B-class â…¡, A2, A3, B3, C1; B-â…¢, B1; B-â…£ B2,C3; B-V:C2area. C-â… , A1region; C-â…¡, A2, A3, B3, C1, C-â…¢, B1region; B2region; C-â…£, C3; C-â…¤, C2region. C. lower leaf X-â… :A1, A2; X-â…¡I:B2, B3, C1; X-â…¢:A3, B1; X-â…£:C3; X-â…¤:C2area.3. The same position of the same maturity of tobacco leaves in different regions in the modulation of flue-cured tobacco, reducing sugar, total nitrogen and nicotine content size exist significant differences. And differences of potassium and chlorine content in various regions are not significant. The results show:the routine chemical indexes in tobacco first baking, affected by temperature and humidity high index mainly includes the reducing sugar, total nitrogen and nicotine.4. Different temperature and humidity type in different parts of tobacco Honghuadajinyuan maturity condition after baking, with comparison of sugar, total nitrogen and nicotine content of multiple comparisons showed that:A. main trend of reduction in sugar content size, high temperature and low humidity region "warm wet zone, low temperature and high humidity area. B. extend yellowing time, the content of reducing sugar consumption tend to increase significantly. The higher relative humidity of C. accelerates the reduction is another important environmental factor connecting sugar consumption. D. It shows that:total nitrogen content goes like:low temperature and high humidity area>warm wet zone>high temperature and low humidity region. E. In various region and total nitrogen consistent is connected with the content of nicotine of size. F. high humidity may be inhibited the oxidative decomposition of total nitrogen and nicotine.5. Quality comprehensive evaluation For all types flue-cured tobacco of intrinsic chemical and appearance:maturity of tobacco a. B-â…  area, the comprehensive quality is the best after baking in coordination chemistry and the chemical and appearance; the upper ripe tobacco quality after baking, shows high level of quality, but in contrast, comprehensive quality B-â…  area tobacco intrinsic chemical and appearance quality is the best. B. C-â…£ regional temperature and humidity conditions are suitable for middle leaves modulation. Mature leaves in central, comprehensive quality sample C-I area are most different; while the middle maturity leaf, C-â…¢ region is the worst. C. lower maturity tobacco is better working in X-I area in modulation. The lower part of the ripe tobacco in X-â…¢, X-â…£, X-â…¤ area modulation after baking quality is superior to the X-â… , X-â…¡ region modulation quality.
