'Fuji'apple has become the main varieties in Weibei loess plateau in Shanxi.It has significant value to study the'Fuji'apple'S quality and the influencing factor which are under the ecological conditions of Weibei loess plateau.The influencing factors such as planting system,altitude,pollination,bagging and picking time had been studied in this research and results are as follows:1.Due to the standard cultivation pattern,apple interior quality performs well with higher soluble solids content.But the exterior quality is not that well and the main reasons are lower commodity rate,malformed fruits and coloration uneven.2.Atitude has the appreciable impact on the apple interior quality.With the increasing of altitude,the hardness,soluble solids content and Vc content become more higher.But in the range of 740一llOOm above sea level,altitude had less impact on fruit weight,shape index,and anthocyanin content.3 . Cultivation pattern has obvious effect on'Fuji'apple quality.Standard'Fuji'has higher hardness while dwarf'Fuji'are well colored.Different pollination variety has the different impact on apple quality,but less impact on fruit weight and fruit shape index.4.Bagged fruit have higher fruit commodity rate but heartwater and mold heart disease are happening with increasing fequency.5 . Different picking time affects dramatically to the apple quality.Picking too early will reduce the quality while too late will reduce storage quality leading to serious physiological disease.
