Lily is a kind of important flower resources. its wide range of different morphological and ecological, which effectively identify and screen for the cultivation of new varieties of economic traits, providing a good foundation material. There is genetic background of complex and serious cross-campatibility phenomenon, which to some extent, hinding the lily Genetic improvement and breeding study.In the study, the high polymorphism, stability, good SRAP marker, on the 80 lily species and cultivars is in the of genetic diversity and detection, through the cluster tree and the genetic analysis of population structure of two ways, and on this basis Department of Oriental hybrid lily species and cultivars hybrids within the cross-compatibility with their parents genetic component of this correlation analysis. The following results:1,The 15 pairs from the EM and ME of the SRAP marker sequence consisting of 54 pairs of primers, which are selected amplified strong and stable polymorphism primers were tested on Lily 80 amplified polymorphic materials. The results show that:It detected 144 polymorphic loci and per primer detected 9.6 alleles, allele frequency was 0.41, wich used 15 pairs of SRAP primers. Polymorphism levels reflect the PIC values ranged between 0.64-0.92, average 0.83. Cluster analysis and population structure of the division of groups is not only a high degree of consistency, but also in the traditional lily hybrids found in groups corresponding hybrids.2,By lily specific analysis of population structure, it is explained all the basic lily relationship between genetic components and the existence of gene flow. Within the oriental lily hybrids,, the relationship between the genetic composition of species and hybrids cross-compatibility were not significant, which are from the female parent or male parent in hybrid combinations.
