Anti-complex Nest Soup Together Artificial Cycle Therapy Clinical Study Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective: Toobserve the therapeutic effect of the Kang shuai Fu chao Tang Associated with Artificial Cycle Therapy on patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods: To observe the change of Serum Hormones and clinical symptoms in Patients according to oneself and interlock in treatment group and control group.Results: Serum Hormones was obviously statistical difference, and the clinical symptoms were improved in the two groups before and after treatment. Compared with the control group, menstruation restarted improved significantly after stopping drug. Cure rate of treatment group was 50%. Cure rate of control group was 21.43%. There are significant differences between two groups. The total effective rates were 76.67% and 64.29%.Conclusion: Serum Hormones in patients and the clinical symptoms have improved noticeably by Kang shuai Fu chao Tang Associated with Artificial Cycle Therapy. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms and the curative effect and the cure rate.
