Clinical Study On Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis With

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of Liu Wei Tongfeng-Drink to the patients in gouty period and provide evidence for clinical application. the liver meridian turbidity toxin. Gout is closely related to the liver meridian toxicity.Method: Sixty patients with the gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group( n=30) and control group( n=30). The treatment group were given Liu Wei Tongfeng-Drink with warm water can be blunt after breakfast, 15mg/time, twice a day, in the morning and evening. Benzene bromide Tablets were given to the control group, 50mg/time, one time/d. The two groups both took four weeks as one cycle. Serum uric acid( SUA), triglyceride( TG), total cholesterol( TC), glucose( GLU) blood routine analysis, urea nitrogen( BUN), serum creatinine( SCr),glutamic alanine aminotransferase(ALT) were recorded before and after treatment.Result: The two groups can reduce uric acid of the patients, the total effective rate of treatment group( 86.67%) less than the control group( 93.33%). The effect of control group was better than the treatment group( P < 0.05); GLU, TG and TC of the treatment group all decreased than before treatment( P < 0.05), while the control group had no this effect. After treatment 4 weeks, blood routine, SCr, BUN,ALT of the two group had no obvious change, and the treatment group can decrease the SCr of the patients largely.Conclusion: ①The two drugs can reduce SUA of the patients, but the benzene bromide is better; ②The Liu Wei Tongfeng-Drink also can reduce SUA,as well as the blood fat, it is benefit to the liver function. It is more useful for the clinical application of gout patients with cardiovascular disease(hypertension, diabete) or cerebrovascular disease. Benzene bromide has no the effect; ③The Liu Wei Tongfeng-Drink may increase the excretion of uric acid from the gut, reduce the burden of the kidney; ④The Liu Wei Tongfeng-Drink is good to a long-term application in the clinical promotion because the fewer adverse reactions and its non-maleficence to liver function;⑤The key factor of the pathogenesis of gout is the liver meridian turbidity toxin.
