Protective effect of BSPS against aceti acid-induced gastric ulcerIn this part, rats (49), control group (normal saline), model group, four tested doses of BSPS (100,200,400,800 mg·kg-1·d-1) and Omeprazole group (150mg·kg-1·d-1). The level of PAR1 and EGF mRNA are higher in low group (P<0.01) than control group, EGFR mRNA all have been improved (P<0.01). The level of PAR2mRNA have been improved (P<0.05) in low and middle groups, (P<0.01) in high group. Our results show that BSPS possesses the inhibitory and protective effect on experimental gastric ulcer by increasing the expression of EGF, EGFR and PAR1, PAR2 mRNA in gastric mucosa in rats. In the part, it reveals one of the possible molecular mechanisms of anti-gastric ulcer action, which may be in the way of increasing the expression level of EGF, EGFR, PAR1,PAR2 mRNA in gastric mucosa. |
