COX Regression Analysis Of Risk Factors For Death Of Gastric Cancer And Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:To investigate the risk factors related to death of gastric cancer,The direct causes of death and application of traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:We select 36 patients died of gastric cancer in our hospital from 2012 May-2014 year in may,then summary and analysis their gender,age,smoking,history,drinking,history,clinical stage,metastasis and effusion(including,ascites,pelvic effusion),physical and chemical testing patients last admission(hemoglobin,albumin),Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and other factors.Result: 1.In 36 cases of gastric cancer with the overall median survival time was 11.5 months,2,3,5 year survival rates were 27.8%,19.4%,5.5%. 2.Analysis of death risk factors of gastric cancer with single factor:Clinical staging of tumor,drinking history,Whether the transfer,With or without effusion,Albumin levels,Scores of TCM symptoms were the risk factors of death in patients with gastric cancer,all P<0.05. 3.Multivariate analysis of risk factors of death in gastric cancer:Clinical staging of tumor,Whether the transfer,With or without effusion,Albumin levels,scores of TCM symptoms were independent risk factors of death in patients with gastric cancer,all P<0.05. 4.The direct cause of death:15 cases of cachectic patients(41.67%),their median survival time was 143 days;8 cases of digestive tract hemorrhage patients(22.22%),their median survival time was 7 days;6 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy(16.67%),their median survival time was 4.5 days;3 cases of patients with DIC(8.33%), their median survival time was 3 days;The other 4 cases(Including hepatorenal syndrome, myocardial infarction,brain metastasis,gastric perforation)..The last admission of traditional Chinese medicine was used in 33 cases(91.67%).Conclusion: 1.To reduce the risk of stomach cancer death risk, we must accomplish early discovery, early diagnosis, early treatment. 2.There are many risk factors can lead to the death of patients with gastric cancer,Active treatment of these risk factor,May have certain clinical significance for the prognosis of the patients. 3.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has an important significance for cancer patients,it displays in the adjuvant and palliative treatment.Including treatment for complication and cause of death,There is an important significance on the clinical use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of early. To improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis of patients.
