A Questionnaire Survey On Quality Of Life And Depression In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Purpose:To understand the influence factors of rheumatoid arthritis patients quality of life and depression, quality of life and depressive symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis status.Material and method: 61 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were included in the standard, questionnaire, the contents of the questionnaire included general data of patients, simple life questionnaire and self rating Depression Scale(SDS) quality. The general data of patients with short life forms, general information and self rating depression scale, quality of life table and self rating depression scale comparative analysis of the data, the correlation between the assessment and depression of the patients quality of life.Results:1.Different gender of social functioning, general health, cognitive function distribution for women than men; social function, cognitive function, physical function, scores greater than 60 years of age were lower than those of other age groups; sick time is less than a year in patients with general health perceptions were higher than 1-5 years and more than 5 years of patients; emotional function, activity, junior and senior high school group was higher than that of University and school group; patients at one’s own expenses of physical functioning scores higher than non patients at their own expense.2.In patients with moderate and severe depression in women than in men; married in patients with mild depression in the majority, but in severe depression more unmarried than married; in junior and senior high school education level of patients, depression patients more; non at their own expense in patients with mild depression and moderate depression is greater.3. Was positively correlated with degree of depression and quality of life in most dimensions, one with mild depression related quality of life dimensions of mental health; physical role function and moderate depression related quality of life dimensions, general health, pain,emotional role function, social activities, activity; and severe depression related quality of life dimensions have overall health, physical role function, social function, emotional role function, mental health, vitality.Conclusion:1. Age of the survey, the quality of life in patients with RA disease, affect, and payment process on the quality of life is, the age, course of disease, at their own expense, and lower scores of quality of life of the patients.2.The investigation of the depression of RA patients shows that the number of female, junior high school education and patients with their own expense are more depressed.3.
