Objective Study On Pulse - Specific Performance Of 80 Cases Of Malignant Tumor Patients

Purpose:By using the modern science technology and traditional Chinese medicine theory TCM pulse information analysis method together, look for the pulse waveform characteristics of cancer patients. Then we can know cancer patients revealed characteristic pulse information and organs function disorders. We can also know the pathological changes of something, such as, yin yang qi and blood disorders, malignant diseases, early diagnosis of pulse diagnosis. This all can provide a scientific and objective basis and test instrumentation. method:This research uses the model three probe TCM pulse diagnosis instrument to diagnose 80 cases of malignant tumor patients for the objective study on the pulse. All the 80 patients with malignant tumor patients are in Liaoning Province Hospital of TCM oncology clinic. They are mainly in lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer and other malignant lesions. The 20 patients of non malignant tumor department are all in Liaoning Province Chinese medicine hospital, including livercyst, breast hyperplasia, intestinal polyps existence of benign space occupying lesions. The 20 normal control group members are also in Out-patient Medical Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning province. Tests on all subjects of pulse, the pulse multidimensional information in accordance with the basic requirements of Cunkou pulse three nine TCM syndrome synchronous acquisition. The pulse information is using traditional Chinese medicine characteristic analysis method(singlediagnosis method, the dialectical method of comprehensive analysis andjudgment etc.). we use the SPSS17.0 statistical software for square test. Results: 1.For 80 patients with malignant tumor specificity, there are 52 people detected of the pulse waveform, accounting for the number of experiments 65%;For 20 patients with non malignant tumor pulse waveform, there is one people detected of the pulse waveform, accounting for the number of experiments 5%;For 20 patients of the control group, there is no people detected of pulse waveform, the detection rate was zero. 2. For detection pulse abnormal rate, there is obvious difference in the malignant tumor group, malignant tumor group and normal control group(P<0.05). This suggest that the pulse of malignant tumor patients is specificity. 3. There are three categories of wave in malignant tumor patients group "M" type, "hook", "saw" the feature wave. The common feature is they are all the overall rhythm irregular, substrate instability, pulse amplitude clutter, visibling at first big first small. 4. The conditions of malignant tumor characteristics wave patients has the positive correlation with the disease. That is symptoms of more serious, characteristics of wave and frequency mixing waveappears more. 5. For the normal control group, there are all having the regular pulse graph, basal flush, amplitude, pulse width, morphology were normal and six pulses are in good agreement. There is no unique veins appeared. Conclusion: 1. According to the traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis theory, by using modern model threeprobe TCM pulse diagnosis instrument and its analysis system, we can detected malignant tumor "specific pulse waveform" of patients, the detection rate is 65%, and there are significant difference between this group and the control group. 2. There are three categories of wave in malignant tumor patients group "M" type, "hook", "saw" the feature wave. The common feature is they are all the overall rhythm irregular, substrate instability, pulse amplitude clutter, visibling at first big first small. 3. Malignant tumor characteristics affected the appearance of the mixed wave frequency can prompt a complex and severe condition, it has a positive correlation. 4. By using the analysis method of TCM pulse condition, we can reveal the correlation between machine and disease malignant tumor patients pulse.
