Purpose: Using systematic evaluation and Meta method of evidence-based medicine,to the research of screening out on clinical application of instrument of pulse randomized controlled trial to evaluate the literature and data analysis,in order to demonstrate the clinical application of instrument of pulse effectively, thus to promote the clinical application of instrument of pulse and follow-up study provides the basis of the evidence-based medicine.Method:By means of electronic retrieval,through the VIP information database(VIP) in Chinese, the Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI), and ten thousand side medical network database, etc,through the "pulse" and "objective", "pulse condition parameters, such as keywords,retrieval from 1979 to 2015 about the objectification of pulse clinical randomized controlled experimental study of relevant literature.For documents retrieved,strictly according to meet eligibility criteria, do not accord with the principle of exclusion criteria for selection, eligible articles included in the evaluation and analysis.According to the outcome indicators, dicided Meta analysis into five types,of outcome indicators for h1, h3 / h1, h4 / h1, h5 / h1 and detection rate of literature analysis, heterogeneity test, published sexual bias, sensitivity analysis,to observe instrument of pulse detection rate of clinical disease characteristics and efficient for the auxiliary clinical diagnosis of disease, so as to guide clinical application.Results: Retrieve the relevant test with 372 references,included in the study to pass strict screening for 21 references.According to the end index data of different, divided into two kinds, including the parameters of pulse wave with 15 references to the research of indicators, in the detection rate and outcome indicators for the 6 references.To end on the h1 data after 14 into the literature analysis, concluded: X squared = 438.89, df = 13(P < 0.00001), the I squared = 97%,studies have heterogeneity, effect size for SMD = 0.58, 95% CI = [0.04, 1.12], does not contain 0, with statistical significance;On outcome data for the h3 / h1 after 11 piece into the literature analysis, it is concluded that: X squared = 206.27, df = 10(P < 0.00001), the I squared = 95%,studies have heterogeneity, effect size SMD = 0.67, 95% CI = [0.10, 1.23],does not contain 0, was statistically significant;On outcome data for h4 / h1 after 11 piece into the literature analysis, it is concluded that: X squared = 267.00, df = 10(P < 0.00001), the I squared = 96%,studies have heterogeneity, effect size SMD = 0.27, 95% CI = [- 0.48.1.03], contains 0, no statistical significance;On outcome data for the h5 / h1 9 into the literature analysis, it is concluded that: X squared = 20.22, df = 7(P = 0.005), I squared = 65%,the homogeneity, effect size SMD = 0.20, 95% CI = [0.29, 0.10], does not contain 0, was statistically significant;For six papers in the detection rate for ending index into the literature analysis, it is concluded that: X squared = 5.42, df = 5, P = 0.37, I squared = 8%,instruated with homogeneity between the various test, effect size OR = 16.75, 95% confidence interval, CI = [9.86, 28.45], does not contain 1, with statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.Instrument of pulse as the effective means of TCM objectification of pulse, pulse condition in patients with different crowd disease is detected on the difference between information,has a certain clinical use value. Using the objectification of pulse can provide auxiliary basis for clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM diagnosis.2.Using the instrument of pulse detection,in outcome parameters for h1, h3 / h1 analysis experiment,the disease of pulse graph parameters change compared with the control group in order to promote significant specificity; In the parameters for analyzing the experiment, h4 / h1,the specificity of the diseases on parameters than the control group change was not statistically significant; In the end index of the h5/h1, for analyzing the experiment,the diseases for the change of the pulse wave ratio compared with the control group was not significant differences.3. To search into the research of the domestic instrument of pulse- taking on randomized controlled clinical trials research literature, fewer into literature, generally low quality evaluation, the use of experimental instrument, design research, method of measurement difference is bigger, heterogeneity and bias risk increases, so as to lower the credibility of Meta analysis results.
