Purpose: To observe objectivity characteristic manifestations of pulse bymalignant tumor patients.To reveal related pathological change of dysfunctionof viscera and disorders of qi,blood,yin and yang.To explore the correlationbetween pathogenesis and pulse. In order to reveal unique informationcharacteristics of pulse and study of pulse diagnosis objectification bymalignant tumor patients, providing scientific test basis and detectinginstrument.Method: The study researched pulse diagnosis objectification of ninetymalignant tumor patients by using TL-MZ-XM-Ⅱ type three probes SphygmographyTCM and analysis system. Malignant tumor group composed of ninety clinic patientsin Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM, including lung cancer,stomach cancer and liver cancer patients. Nonmalignant tumor group composed ofthirty clinic patients in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM,including chronic gastritis, fatty liver, dizziness and chest stuffinesspatients. Normal group composed of thirty healthy people of physical examinationin Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM. The test appliedmulti-dimensional information synchronous acquisition of all cases,carring onscience research by using TCM characteristics pulse information analysis anddiagnostic method of unique diagnostic method,syndrome differentiation and etc.Appling Spss16.0statistical software with chi-square test.Result:1. Waveform abnormal detection rate of pulse was80.0%in malignant tumorgroup,it was3.3%in nonmalignant tumor group,it was0.0%in normal group.2. Malignant tumor group: Pulse had obviously characteristicmanifestations.There were characteristics in common.①The whole waveforms wereunstable,there were changes in single-pulse and multi-pulse.It suddenly occurred big,small,thin,dense waveforms. The whole waveforms were much morescattered in related tumor syndrome and older patients accompanied withprogression of the disease.In the pulse information acquisition course,waveforms were on and off,and appeared after broken off,it need not adjustthousandth scale further.②The pulse waveforms had stagnated in the ascendingbranch,and formed obtuse angle or flat-top shape.③The top of main wave haddepressed,formedM-shaped trend.④The pulse waveforms mainly included uneven pulse and variationpulse, before dichotic wave, drop in Gap and dichotic wave disappeared, replacedby a large number of saw tooth waveforms which were irregular,with differencebetween yin and yang.⑤Waveforms were irregular and the frequently quickly,andoccured negative wave in thermal imaging performance patients.⑥There weresingle and double hook pluse, occurred in the main peak of the ascending pointand in the lowest point drop in the gorge, respectively, and sometimessimultaneously.3. Malignant tumor group:In addition to the performance of characteristicswaveforms,it had different manifestations because of different diseases.①The pluse overall manifestations of lung cancer patients were cun pluse,guanpluse had slightly larger than other pluses in both hands,almostly the waveformsof uneven pulse,also saw complex pulse of taut pulse, taut and slipperypulse,taut and rapid pulse were saw more.In metaphase disease, multi-pulseswere high and large,they were obtained without heavy taken.②The pluse overallmanifestations of stomach cancer patients were the waveforms changed inmulti-pulses and suddenly occurred big,small,it occurred the main wave of allpluses couldn’t appear simultaneously,it occurred uneven pulse of the wholesmaller amplitude.③The pluse overall manifestations of liver cancer patientswere tendency from taut and slippery pulse, taut and rapid pulse to taut anduneven pulse, uneven pulse accompanied with disease development and ageincrease.The before dichotic wave and dichotic wave occurred upward with higherfrequentcy of the waveforms.The manifestations of pluse complexed with the disease development.In addition to taut and uneven pulse,there was a main wavewith suddenly increasing,followed main waves had increasing tendency from smallto big.4. Nonmalignant tumor group: Pathological waveforms were mainly taut and rapidpulse, taut and slippery pulse, taut and uneven pulse in common,while thecharacteristic change was different from that in malignant tumor group,it mainlyhad four points.①Waveforms were seen irregularly occasionally,while basementwas unchanging and maintained consistent level.②Two pluses or above two plusechanged jointly, pathological waveforms occurred in the related disease viscera.③Waveforms were seen sawtooth wave which focused on ascending branch ordescending branch under four in the same patient.④The pathologicalwaveforms of pluse occurred regularly and tidy without on and off waveforms inmalignant tumor patients.5. Normal group:The pluse of normal people was regularly, tidy basement,integrated waveform without abnormal manifestations.Pulse rate was sixty toeighty per minute.Obtaining pluse signal was ealily collected,six pluseswaveforms were integrated when recording without abnormal manifestations,amplitude,width of pluse, shape could keep consistently or similarly.6. There was statistically significant difference between malignant tumor groupand control group (P<0.01),the pluses of malignant tumor patients had obviouslycharacteristic manifestations.Conclusions:1. According to the theory of TCM pulse diagnosis, using modern TL-MZ-XM-Ⅱtype of pulse diagnosis collecting information system,could detectcharacteristic pulse wave of malignant tumor patients, waveform abnormaldetection rate of pulse was80.0%in malignant tumor group.2. There was statistically significant difference between malignant tumor groupand control group (P<0.01),the pluses of malignant tumor patients had obviouslycharacteristic manifestations.3.Using pulse information analysis method could reveal the correlation between the pathogenesis and pulse of malignant tumors.
