Retrospective Analysis Of Morbidity And Clinical Treatment Of 98 Cases Of Anal Abscess

Purpose:By observing the anal abscess of the patient’s general condition(such as gender, age, course, length of hospital stay, the classification of the crissum abscess of western medicine and TCM syndrome types, with and without merge season, other anorectal diseases), cause(tobacco, alcohol, defecate situation), hospital treatment(surgery selection, abscess type and length of hospital stay) and prognosis, analysis of anal abscess patients generally characteristic and cause of distribution characteristics, to guide the anus carbuncle of clinical medical treatment and disease prevention and control work.Material and method:Between January 2014 and December 2014 cases hospitalized in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine two years continuous interception cases included in the standard, in this study, retrospective study was used in this selection into standard anus abscess patients, collect related information, and then to deal with index using SPSS20.0, then carries on the objective and scientific analysis, draw the conclusion.Conclusion:1.General condition: Anal abscess patients more men than women significantly;Anal abscess patients all ages all can happen, but mainly in the 20 to 39 years old crowd; The anal carbuncle happens to fall; Classification of distribution: low anal abscess patients significantly more than the patients with high fever drugs more flaming syndrome patients; Merging other patients with anorectal diseases of anus carbuncle significantly more than the simple anal abscess patients; Anal abscess patients with elevated blood picture is common.2.Incentive analysis: Alcohol is anus abscess induced significant factors; Tobacco is anus abscess induced significant factors;Anus bowel movement disorders is induced carbuncle significant factors. 3.Hospitalization: High anal abscess patients hospitalized time was significantly longer than low abscess patients; Anal abscess patients is chosen mostly surgical incision hangs line art, can be used as a treatment of anal abscess of optimizing operation; 4.Prognosis: Anal abscess patients with surgical success rate is higher, prognosis is good.
