Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Primary Platelet Hyperplasia (Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Cooling Blood Detoxification And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Liangxuejiedu,huoxueliqi Decoction in treatment of essential/primary thrombocytheemia (ET/PT), including clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome, platelet and megakaryocyte counts, and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the recipe in its treatment of primary thrombocytosis, reveals the advantages of its treatment of ET, provide the basis for clinical application and experimental research, to make a contribution to Traditional Chinese medicine treat for ET.Methods:60patients with ET were randomly divided into two groups. The TCM therapy group(30cases) was treated with Liangxuejiedu,huoxueliqi Decoction and the Western medicine control group(30cases) was treated with hydroxyurea medicines for3months of therapy respectively. The clinical effect were observed during the course; platelet and megakaryocyte counts were tested before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the TCM therapy group reaches76.7%, can effectively reduce platelet count of ET patients, while that of the Western medicine control group reaches83.3%, which shows no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05); In terms of improving TCM symptoms, compared to the treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group reached73.3%, total effective rate of control group reached53.3%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), showed that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the TCM symptoms;Both groups can decrease the level of the blood platelets count effectively(P<0.05),and the decreasing effect of treatment group is the same with that of control group(P>0.05); Both groups can decrease the level of the megakaryocyte count effectively(P<0.05),and between both groups after treatment (P>0.05); Compare the adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group, there is no significant difference in liver, renal function before and after treatment in two groups; The treatment group had no obvious change of hemoglobin, white blood cells before and after treatment, there is no significant difference (P>0.05). The control group has a obvious decreased in hemoglobin and white blood cells after treatment, There are significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Liangxuejiedu,huoxueliqi Decoction has affirmatory curative effect in the treatment of ET.2. Liangxuejiedu,huoxueliqi Decoction can effectively reduce the bone marrow megakaryocyte and platelet count,the specific mechanism needs further study.3. Liangxuejiedu,huoxueliqi Decoction have certain curative effect in improving clinical symptoms, the quality of life of ET patients and to preventing thrombosis and hemorrhage symptom formation etc.4. Liangxuejiedu,huoxueliqi Decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of ET, and there is no obvious adverse reactions.
