Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue Decoction In Treating Hyperthermia And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Primary Thrombocytopenia

Objective:This topic research goal is to obtain the influence of lavored jiedu huoxue soup for essential thrombocythemia in patients with toxic heat and blood stasis syndrome,including clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scoring,peripheric platelet counts,the cellular counts of bone marrow megakaryocyte,and evaluation of the efficacy and safety.In order to provide clinical basis for clinical application and experimental study.Method:The 30 patients with ET were randomly divided into treatment group and matched group.Treatment group is 15 cases and the matched group 15 cases.Treatment group use flavored jiedu huoxue soup and the matched group for hydroxyurea therapy.Two groups were treated for a period of 3 months.The observation indexes included the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms.The platelet count and bone marrow megakaryocyte count in the two groups before and after treatment were detected.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%.In contrast,the total effective rate was 60.0% in the control group.The two methods can effectively reduce the level of platelet count in patients with ET.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the matched group,the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group.And the matched group rate was 66.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms.After treatment the platelet counts of the two groups were significantly decreased.Before and after treatment in the two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet counts were compared between the two groups after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine that reduced platelet function is better than that of hydroxyurea.After treatment,two groups of bone marrow megakaryocyte count decreased significantly.Comparison between the two groups the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,bone marrow megakaryocyte count was compared between the two groups.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group and the control group adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,liver and renal function were not significantly different.There was no significant change in hemoglobin and white blood cells in the treatment group,compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The control group after treatment,hemoglobin,white blood cells were significantly decreased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue decoction is safe and effective in treating ET.2.Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue Decoction can significantly reduce the number of patients with bone marrow megakaryocyte and peripheral platelet count,and can achieve the purpose of stable disease.3.Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
