Objective:This work aims to calculate model parameters of extraction spectrum pharmacokinetics for BYHWD and validate the model by experimental study, and to inspect the effects of grinding degree and liquid ratio on the model. At the same time, to establish and validate the extraction network dynamics model, get the interaction coefficients of ingredient-ingredient for BYHWD, and draw network diagrams, and to provide new ideas and methods for study the dissolution regularity of the Chinese medicine multi-components.Methods:1Putted BYHWD as a model drug, selected five ingredients (tetramethylpyrazine, laetrile, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, total polysaccharides)as an investigation target, and used the mode of single component extraction dynamics to calculation the kinetic parameters of the five components. Studied the effects of grinding degree and liquid ratio on the dissolution regularity of five ingredients with Comprehensive experiment.2Putted BYHWD as a model drug, selected26kinds of ingredient as an investigation target, and used the established mode to calculation the kinetic parameters of the26kinds of ingredient. Conclusions:The established mode of extraction spectrum pharmacokinetics is scientific and feasible, which can be used to direct to control and optimize the extraction process for Chinese medicine multi-components. The extraction network dynamics model can be used to judge the strength of the effect between the ingredient and ingredient in Chinese medicine, and provide new ideas and methods for extracting Chinese medicine multi-components.
