Chinese herbal medicine's composition is very complex, and the traditional methods of extracting effective components exist many disadvantages, such as long cycle process, more procedures, not high enough extraction rate. In the detection of extraction rate, manual methods are generally relied on, big workload, easy to introduce errors and cannot be measured by the hardware real-time display. To solve these problems, the paper analyzes the extraction method of Chinese medicine, ultrasonic turbulent two-way dual-frequency extraction techniques are used in the process of extracting active ingredients isoflavones in Pueraria, the experiment data is used to establish support vector machine(SVM) soft sensor model for Chinese traditional medicine's extraction. To design hardware circuit of soft sensor system, the established model is embedded in the Single Chip Microcomputer(SCM). Using hardware system to calculate and collect data realize the real-time display.First, ultrasonic turbulent two-way dual-frequency extraction techniques are used in Chinese traditional medicine's extraction, the introduction of broken ultrasonic speeds up solvent extraction process, the purpose of energy and time saving and extraction rate increase is achieved at room temperature.Then, experimental data obtained normalized, the input and output variables are determined. Different kinds methods are used to established soft sensor model, comparing the performance indicators selects one of the most suitable models for the next hardware system. Using the selected model to predict and observe the impact that caused by temperature and time, the phenomenon causes is analyzed to determine the optimum of ultrasonic extraction.Finally, hardware circuit of soft sensor model is designed to complete the collection of temperature and time and display. The model which is picked up by comparing is embedded in SCM, temperature acquisition and timing is implemented by hardware, the extraction rate is real-time showed on the digital display by calculating with the model embedded in SCM.
