Epidemiological Study Of Common Anorectal Diseases In Adults In Liaoning Province

Purpose:Investigate the anorectal diseases of adults in Liaoningprovice.According the analysis report we can know the prevalence ofanorectal disease,the percentage of different kinds of anotectaldiseases and the relationship between anorectal diseases and differentproperties like sex,age and living habit.Thought this way,we could knowthe health service requirments in Liaoning province.Also the researchcan provide data for the further research of prevalence of China.Material and method:Multipe-stage and probility proportion wereadopted as the investigation methods.From Janary2012to December2013,2300persons was chosen as respondents in Liaoning province.Allthe subjects were intveriewed with questionnaire including their sex,ageand job...The investigators went to respondents’ home,asked questionsone by one,and required them to fill in the questionnaire from Part1to Part6.If the respondent was suspected as a patient with anorectaldiseases,he would receive a medical examination if permits.Thenthe questionnaires were collected and analysed.Results:1.2247of the2300questionnaires was collected back.2. The morbidity of anorectal disease is33.16%.The top serious diseasesare haemorrhoids,perianal eczema,anal fissure and anal witherscomes(From rate high to lower).The highest rate is haemorrhoids for62.01%of the proportion of anorectal disease.3. Female’s morbidity is higher,and they are more likely to havehaemorrhoids,perianal eczema and anal fissure, but males are more on the anal withers.4. The age of onset of anorectal diseases in30to59years old,and theaverage age is38±6.25years old.5. The morbidity of different ethnic have no significant difference inanorectal diseases.6. Regards different kinds of careers,people who keeps standing,sitingor squatting contributes the most.7. People who have bad habits like smoking,drinking,ignoring thedefecation,defecating too long time and doing limited exercise would bemore possible to have the diseases.Conclusion:Anorectal disease is very common in Liaoning province,mental health situation,living habit and the job kinds all have theimpacts of the morbidity.This kind of disease is quite related withpeople’s sex,age,job,presure,eating habits and living habits.So we needto pay more attention to broadcast the knowledge about the diseases, andarrage physic examination periodicly,encourage people to have goodliving habits,reduce the possibility to be fall in this kind of diseases.
