| Objective Prospective, randomized, control clinical studies, analysis and comparison of zhizhu fried peach party represented by Qi Qi and activating blood used in benign anorectal disease, perioperative, and postoperative recovery, of Qi Qi Activating blood as a routine treatment in Anorectal perioperative application.Methods A total of 65 cases subjects selected for the Guangzhou Hospital of anorectal June 1,2010-2011 on March 31 surgery patients hospitalized with benign diseases, are in line with the above inclusion/exclusion criteria, the order of their treatment by random number table search Were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group (34 cases), the control group (31 cases). Experimental group were the first bowel movement earlier than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).②pain after anal verge:The two groups were anus pain on postoperative day 1, day 3 was no statistical difference; postoperative day 5 between the two groups, pain test group than in control group, the difference was Significance.③The CRP values in patients with preoperative and postoperative day 3 comparison P> 0.05 not statistically significant; postoperative day 5 between the two groups, P<0.05, experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The initial clinical study showed that:①zhizhu fried peach party represented by Qi qi and blood circulation method used in benign anorectal surgery with fast recovery perioperative measures, select the first postoperative bowel movement discharge time, postoperative pain Inflammatory protein value index and the index change is mainly to get positive results.②experimental group, compared with the control group, both after the first time close to the exhaust, the difference was not statistically significant. Defecation in the control group in the test group, the difference was statistically significant.1 day after surgery and postoperative pain score close to 3 days, the difference was not statistically significant. The two groups after 5 days of Statistics index of pain in the control group was lower than the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant. Experimental group and control group before surgery, day 3 was no statistical difference in CRP values; postoperative day 5 test group of values than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.③Qi Qi and activating blood used in benign anorectal disease, the perioperative period, the main clinical symptoms after remission, and could promote recovery after injury. |
