Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect Of Homemade Detoxification Spermatide In The Treatment Of Condyloma Acuminatum With CO

Purpose:Observe the agglutination of the self-made detoxification raw ointment treatment of condyloma acuminatum (CA)CO2laser postoperative wound and recurrence.Methods:Randomly divide the selected80cases of skin venereal outpatient CA patients from the first affiliated hospital of Hunan University of Chinese medicine between October,2012and December,2014into two parts-30for Treatment Group and30for Control Group. The two groups are treated the same, however, after the CO2laser surgery, the treatment group uses homemade detoxification ointment while the control group uses Mabel moist burn cream for recovery. Both groups institute a three-week period of treatment, and then observe the wound healing and the recurremce after6months.Results:The average healing time of the treatment group is shorter than that of the control group. The recurrent rate of the treatment group is lower than that of the control groupConclusion:The homemade detoxification CACO2laser postoperative wound ointment treatment has better curative effects and decrease recrudescence, and is worth clinically promoting.
