Brain function detected by the fluctuation of the value of neurotransmitters, application spss22.0statistical package deal, t-test and chi-square test to compare the characteristics of each group analyzed.ResultsThere were4types of different kinds of TCM syndrome in59cases of chronic insomnia patients. The pattern of liver depression transforming into fire had53patients(89.8%), the heart deficiency with timidity type had3cases(5.1%), the pattern of yin deficiency and effulgent fire had two patients(3.4%); the pattern of phlegm-fire harassing spirit had1patient(1.7%).In terms of the pattern of liver depression transforming into fire, there were significant differences(P<0.05) in GABA and Glu that between the observation group and the control group, and no significant difference in Ach-R,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In terms of the pattern of phlegm-fire harassing spirit, there ware significant differences (P<0.05) in Ach-R, and no significant difference in Glu, GABA,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In terms of the pattern of yin deficiency and effulgent fire, there ware significant differences (P<0.05) in GABA and Ach-R, and no significant differences in Glu,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In terms of the heart deficiency with timidity, there were no significant differences in Glu, Ach-R,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In a word, there was a significant difference in GABA and Glu (P<0.05) between the Observation group and control group; and no difference in Ach-R,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. T test:In terms of the pattern of liver depression transforming into fire, there were significant differences(P<0.05) in GABA and Glu that between the observation group and the control group, and the observation group was smaller than the control group, while there were no significant differences in Ach-R,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In terms of the pattern of phlegm-fire harassing spirit, there ware significant differences (P<0.05) in Ach-R, and no significant difference in GABA,Glu,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In terms of the pattern of yin deficiency and effulgent fire, there ware significant differences (P <0.05) in GABA and Ach-R, and no significant differences in Glu,5-HT, NE, DA. In terms of the heart deficiency with timidity, there were no significant differences in Glu, Ach-R,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA. In a word, there were significant differences in GABA (P<0.005) between the Observation group and control group; and no difference in Glu, Ach-R,5-HT, Ach, NE, DA.Conclusion1、Chronic insomnia patients had a lower GABA and Glu than the normal people, while other neurotransmitter fluctuate had no difference.2、The pattern of liver depression transforming into fire the common clinical type in chronic insomnia patients, which had a lower GABA and Glu than the normal people, while other neurotransmitter fluctuate had no difference.
