Effect Of Jiawei Tongfu Decoction On Expression Of EGF And Expression Of Colon Tissue In UC Rat Model

Purpose：Relievingsoupflavoredpassedforthetreatmentofulcerativecolitisrats model research on ulcerative colitis model rats epidermal growth factorcontent and express the meaning of differences and differences, to exploretraditional Chinese medicine (TCM) access relieving soup flavored to treatmentof ulcerative colitis rats model, to taste on relieving decoction combined withChinese traditional medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis provideexperimental basis and clinical guidance.Material and method：This experiment selects70healthy SD rats, andrandomly divided into flavored relieving decoction high dose group and flavoreddose group in relieving soup, flavored lowpass relieving decoction high dosegroup, spleen intestinal bolus, willow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine group,blank control group and model group. TNBS/ethanol method is used to copyulcerative colitis model rats. Group with gastric lavage needle dosing after21days, testing each ulcerative colitis model rats and the concentration ofEGF in colon tissue EGFmRNA expression, finally pass after statistical analysisaccess relieving soup flavored to ulcerative colitis model rats and theconcentration of EGF in colon tissue mRNA expression.Results：Through the analysis of variance analysis of the experimental data,flavored relieving decoction high dose group and flavored dose group in relievingsoup, flavored general relieving soup low dose group, the willow nitrogensulfonyl pyridine group, tonifying spleen beneficial intestinal bolus group andmodel group compared with blank control group, EGF levels increasedsignificantly, after statistics processing, there is statistical significance(P <0.05). Flavored general relieving decoction high dose group, flavoredrelieving soups dose group, the willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group compared with model group, EGF content increased significantly, after statisticsprocessing, there is statistical significance (P <0.05). Flavored generalrelieving decoction high dose group and flavored dose group in relieving soup,flavored relieving soup low dose group, tonifying spleen beneficial intestinalbolus, willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group comparison, EGF content increasedsignificantly, after statistics processing, there is statistical significance(p <0.05). Flavored general relieving soups dose group and flavored relievingsoup low dose group, tonifying spleen beneficial intestinal bolus groupcomparison, EGF content increased significantly, after statistics processing,there is statistical significance (p <0.05). Willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridinegroup and flavored dose group in relieving soup, flavored relieving soup lowdose group, tonifying spleen beneficial intestinal bolus group comparison, EGFcontent is higher, after statistics processing, there is statisticalsignificance (p <0.05). Flavored general relieving soup low dose group comparedwith tonifying spleen beneficial intestinal bolus group, EGF content is higher,after statistics processing, there is statistical significance (p <0.05).Flavored general relieving soup compared with model group, low dose group, afterstatistics processing has no statistical significance (p>0.05), illustrateflavored relieving soup low dose group and model group no obvious differencewas found between EGF content. Tonifying spleen beneficial intestinal bolusgroup compared with model group, EGF content is slightly lower, after statisticsprocessing, there is statistical significance (p <0.05).Conclusion：1. In the model group rats colon tissue and the concentration of EGF mRNAexpression were higher than blank control group, suggests that EGF to thepathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is one of the important link index can beused as a guide to heal.2. Ulcerative colitis model rats and the concentration of the epidermal growthfactor in colon tissue mRNA expression, flavored general relieving soups dose and willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group, and the difference in model groupand blank control group, instructions access relieving soup flavored toulcerative colitis has curative effect; Flavored general relieving decoctionhigh dose group of epidermal growth factor levels and mRNA expression is superiorto the willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group, flavored general relievingdecoction high dose group on the treatment effect is better than that of willownitrogen sulfonyl pyridine.3.Flavored general relieving decoction dose comparison, high, medium and lowthree groups of high, middle dose group curative effect is better, so clinicalcan choose high, middle dose treatment of ulcerative colitis.
