Objective: Research in patients with alcoholic liver disease general data, thedistribution of TCM syndrome type and liver function, based on the analysisof general information and the correlation between TCM syndrome type, providethe basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Purpose: We study the patients with alcoholic liver disease whose clinical basicelements and the distribution of TCM syndrome types, and based on which we analyzethe correlation of basic elements and syndrome type.Method: This study collected the clinical basic elements of146patients withtypical alcoholic liver disease who are our department outpatient. The clinicalbasic elements including the patient’s gender, age, history of drinking, symptoms, signs, tongue veins, liver meritorious service is, and the patient’sown attitudes and knowledge of the disease, etc. According to the syndromedifferentiation theory of the traditional Chinese medicine to determine thedistribution of TCM syndrome types, using statistics method to study therelationship between clinical basic elements and the syndrome type. The clinicalinclusion and exclusion standards of the study referring to the "alcoholic liverdisease treatment guidelines"(February2006revision),"Integrative MedicineHepatology"(September2002edition).Results:1,The clinical basic elements: number of ALD patients of men in generalis more than women; For those aged50and59distribution at most; Drinking ageof patients is mainly concentrated in the21-30years; The majority of patientscan treat their disease and understand correctly in high degree; Alcoholichepatitis and alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients have differences between thehepatic function indexes.2, the symptoms of syndromes distribution: the mostcommon symptoms of ALD is fatigue; the most common tongue is reddish, moss iswhite greasy; The most common pulse condition is pulse sink; the most type ofsyndrome is deficiency of spleen-yang、Damp and hot accumulate knot、And qi stagnation and blood stasis、 the depressed liver with the insufficientspleen.there are differences between the patients with AH and patients withAC.there are more patients showed Damp and hot accumulate knot, and more patientsshowed The spleen Yang deficiency3, the relationship between clinical basicelements and syndrome type: different syndrome types have diffent drinking age;different syndrome types have diffent age distribution, the TCM syndrome typesare high incidence in the50to59years old, there are a number of patients showedThe spleen Yang deficiency.Different syndrome types in patients with differentvalue of ALT, AST, GGT, the value of ALT, AST, GGT of patients showed And qistagnation and blood stasis are different from other patients.Conclusion:1. Alcoholic liver disease is more easy occured in middle-aged men.AH and AC patients did not differ between the drinking age distribution; Themajority of patients can treat their disease and understand correctly in highdegree; The liver result of AH patients is different from AC patients.2. Thelargest proportion of the TCM syndrome type of ALD patients is The spleen Yangdeficiency. Here are differences between the patients with AH and patients withAC.There are more patients showed Damp and hot accumulate knot, and more patientsshowed The spleen Yang deficiency.3. The relationship between clinical basicelements and syndrome type: different syndrome types have diffent drinking age;different syndrome types have diffent age distribution, Different syndrome typesin patients with different value of ALT, AST, GGT.
