With the developing of our medical system, the number of people participation and the amount of medical insurance fund increasing, medical service and financial management become more and more difficult in recent days. Therefore, people need to pay more attention about how to supervise and control medical insurance management. Only rely on the designated hospitals themselves or even their supervisor, the medical management organizations, is not enough. Patients need to be involved as well.Base on the review and analysis of domestic and foreign articles and the interview information of 10 people, who had participated Beijing basic medical insurance, this article also made a survey for people who live in Chaoyang District of Beijing. There are 171 valid study cases in total, make the research evident for this article this time. With Cross Analysis and ordinal regression analysis to those study cases(data) by Software SPSS16.0, it helps to understand the satisfaction from patients to medical insurance management work. It also helps to indicate the total level of satisfaction and those aspects that will effect patients’ satisfaction.This result reveals 6 aspects that cause how patients feel satisfy with medical insurance management. Those 6 aspects include following. For example, the level of patients’ education; how patients understand current medical insurance policy; whether hospital review those policy and procedure to patients; whether there are bulletin board or search machine about price and category of those medicine that covered by insurance in hospital; whether patients have been double charged or double examined; whether patients have been unnecessarily hospitalized. In the other words, For those patients, who have higher education level, less knowledge about medical policy, be reviewed medical procedure and policy, never be double charged or double examined, never be hospitalized unnecessarily, feel more satisfaction for medical insurance management.The different between this study and other studies is this study focuses on the satisfaction from patients to medical insurance management, while other study was talking more about hospital quality or insurance policy. This survey is based on patients, and consider the rating standard of medical service organization. Thus, patients’ satisfaction is the key point of report.Base on the result, this report also make three suggestions in the end. First, pay more attention about building medical information system on network. Second, improve Propaganda of medical policy. The way to propaganda should be diversified for different kind of people. Third, expand the scope of supervision and make medical insurance management standardized.
