Outlet obstructive constipation(OOC)is a chornic functional constipation. Scholars o f TCM currently deepening its research, but outlet obstruction constipation syndrome re ported relatively little research on the information, the subject of this study as a startin g point wanted to do something positive exploration.Through literature review and clinical research,the study discusses the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)’s understanding of the OOC, etiology and pathogenesis and di stribution rule of the OOC syndrome from different perspectives.The first part--literature review:Including the OOC research progress in TCM as well as in modern medicine.The second part-- clinical research:Purposes:studying the TCM semiotics distribution rule of the OOC, so as to prov ide the basis for clinical treatment of the OOC and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods adopting the method of epidemiological cross-sectional study, and then d esigning the clinical questionnaire to investigate the 107 OOC patients collected from a norectal section of Dong fang hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Traditional C hinese Medicine.from August 2013 to February 2015. Thus getting the patients’ four diagnostic information, recording the collected clinical data into EXCEL, and establish ing a database. Then SPSS 17.0 statistical software is used for descriptive statistics and cluster analysis,and the distribution and characteristics of OOC syndrome is accordingl y discussed.Results:1.General Information:in the research,107 cases were taken.Among which 28 peopl e were men, accounting for 26%,while 79 were women,about 73.8%.The ratio of man and woman was 1 to 2.82. As for the patients’ age,the middle and elderly are the maj ority,the patients above 40 accounting for 86.9%.2.the medical history:The incentives in terms of disease, accounting for 29.0 perc ent followed by fatigue, mood swings accounted for 26.2%,15.9% improper diet, and other factors of 15.0%, no obvious incentive onset 14.0%; duration, the average duratio n of sustained time was (7.187±4.182) years; the family before the parents suffer fro m constipation accounted for 44.9%, suggesting that the incidence of the disease or rel ated to heredity.3.After the cluster analysis of the common symptom,together with the theory and clinical experiences of TCM, the OOC fell into 4 parts.39 people belonged to the coll apse of middle Qi,accounting for 36.4%;20 people the blockage of Qi,with 18.7 percen t;19 people the deficiency of Qi-Yin with 17.8 percent;29 people blood vacuity and liq uid depletion with 27.1 percent.4.The relationship between syndromes related factors:the disease each TCM Distri bution rectocele only statistically significant. And with gender, age, occupation, marital status, incentives, family history of constipation, duration, degree of bowel disorders, re ctal mucosal prolapse or (within intussusception), perineum down sigmoid hernia, intest inal hernia, separation and other factors sacral straight no significant correlation.Conclusion:1.OOC can primarily fell into the collapse of middle Qi,the blockage o f Qi, the deficiency of Qi-Yin as well as blood vacuity and liquid depletion,among w hich the collapse of middle Qi is the most common kind.2.Rectocele and outlet obstru ction constipation TCM Syndrome relevant, its main deficiency in patients with.
