Clinical Observation On Treating "Myeloid Constipation" By

Dr.Zhao deems the constipation what caused by stroke, spinal cord injury, abnormal psychological and Parkinson’s disease or other cerebral diseases collectively referred to as "cerebral constipation". This paper studies mainly through the understanding of constipation caused by cerebral diseases, then summarizes Dr.Zhao’s experience on views and treatments for constipation from the brain, to provide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of constipation relevant ideas. The literature review part respectively elaborated the "cerebral constipation" in traditional Chinese and Western medicine understanding, pathogenesis and treatment, and Dr.Zhao’s insights and experience of treatment about "cerebral constipation".The clinical research part, a collection of clinical data of patients with "cerebral constipation", uses the tutor’s clinical prescription for clinical observation and gets the result.Background:Constipation is a common symptom of many diseases, the rate of about 20% occur in the population, of which women and the elderly. With the accelerated pace of life, daily life changing,social trends change aging, constipation not only affects people’s quality of life, but also the relationship with other colorectal diseases such as colorectal cancer closely. The prevention and treatment of constipation has been the research hotspot of scholars. With the rapid development of modern medicine, medical model also change along with it, the progress in the unceasing study, constipation factors not only depend on the problems of diet, living habits, hormone level and so on, but also with the cerebral diseases close, which including spinal cord injury and psychological factors. Dr.Zhao put forward the theory of treating constipation from the brain, deems the constipation caused by stroke, spinal cord injury, abnormal psychological and Parkinson’s disease or other cerebral diseases are collectively referred to as "cerebral constipation".Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms change of the patients, who classified as "cerebral constipation " patients,after taking the anshentongbiantang. The course of treatment will be scheduled for 3 weeks, compared to the clinical symptoms before treatment and weekly after treatment.Method:Take the anshentongbiantang as the foundation, then according to the specific condition of patients with syndrome differentiation. Enjoin patients take the drugs two times morning or evening, after dinner. Continuous treatment for 3 weeks as a course of treatment, observe the clinical symptoms of constipation weekly changes before and after treatment.Results:The observation according to the clinical research, the anshentongbiantang in the treatment of "cerebral constipation" significant effect. In general, all the symptoms are improved after the end of the treatment course, with statistical significance. Although the treatment for 2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment efficacy of no more significant change, but the symptoms still be further improved. The total efficacy rate for 1 weeks was 70%,2 for 80% weeks,3 weeks of 95%.Conclusion:The anshentongbiantang can be very good to improve the "cerebral constipation" situation. And we can found that the medication cycle is longer, the more significant effect from the clinical observation.
