Clinical Randomized Controlled Study Of Abdominal Eight Needles In The Treatment Of Constipation After Cerebral Infarction

Objective: to analyze the efficacy of abdominal eight needles in the treatment of constipation after cerebral infarction through a randomized controlled study of abdominal eight needles in the treatment of constipation after cerebral infarction.Methods: according to the standard of nafe,the patients who met the diagnosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with abdominal eight needles of lactulose oral liquid,and the control group was treated with oral lactulose oral liquid alone.The patients were followed up for 1 month after 2 weeks of treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms in the two groups were evaluated after treatment and follow-up,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results: 1.Through the difference t test before and after treatment,the two groups were improving the fecal traits and shortening the defecation time after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two treatments in reducing the feeling of falling and anal distension,increasing the frequency of defecation and reducing abdominal distension(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in improving the degree of defecation difficulty and the score of clinical symptoms(P < 0.05).In the evaluation of symptom curative effect between the two groups,the total effective rate was 93% in the experimental group and 90% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test P < 0.05.One month after treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was 67.85.The total effective rate of the control group was 40.74%,and the rank sum test was P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: the curative effect of abdominal eight needles combined with lactose oral liquid is better than that of oral lactulose oral liquid in improving defecation difficulties,and the other two groups have the same curative effect.Abdominal eight needles combined with lactose oral liquid is superior to oral lactose oral liquid in improving clinical symptom score and long-term curative effect.
