The subjects were divided into seven groups,respectively, as normal group, dyspepsia group, infection group, dyspepsia and infection group,infection treatment group,Yinlai Decoction group, ribavirin group.The experimental resultsPathologicalThe infection group, dyspepsia and infection group obvious morphologicl changes in lung tissue, lung tissue injury was significantly alleviated after taking Yinlai decoction,Ribavirin.Body temperatureCompared with the normal group, infection group, dyspepsia and infection group mice average body temperature drop, body temperature gradually recovered after treat with Yinlai decoction,Ribavirin.Serum immunoglobulinCompared with the normal group, dyspepsia group, the level of IgA, IgG was significantly higher (P<0.01),but IgM was not elevated,no statistical significance (P>0.05).After Infected by the virus, three indexes were significantly higher than that of the normal group, the difference was significantly(P<0.05).The IgA level decreased significantly by taking Yinlai Decoction,Leigh Bhave Lin (P<0.01). Taking Yinlai decoction after treatment IgM levels was decreased (P<0.05). Taking Leigh Bhave Lin, IgM level of was mice decreased significantly (P<0.01);After traditional Chinese medicine treatment, simple infection group IgG level was decreased (P<0.01), by Yinlai decoction ribavirin group dyspepsia and infection group,IgG level decreased significantly (P<0.01).Cytokines in serumIFN-γ:IFN-γ levels of infection group, dyspepsia and infection group was increased than the normal group (P<0.05), compared with the Yinlai Decoction group dyspepsia and infection group significantly increased (P<0.05), after taking ribavirin, IFN-γ levels decreased in serum (P <0.05).TNF-α:After infection TNF-α level was mice increased significantly (P<0.01), compared with normal group,TNF-α level of the infection treatment group group was significantly decreased and(P<0.01).After taking ribavirin,TNF-α levels of dyspepsia and infection group decreased(P<0.01).IL-2:After infection, it was were significantly increased compared with the normal group (P<0.01),Ribavirin group IL-2 levels decreased significantly than infection group (P<0.01).IL-4:After infection levels of IL-4 elevated in mice(P<0.05), taking Yinlai decoction, the level of IL-4 decreased(P<0.05), dyspepsia and infectiongroup was obviously decreased (P<0.05), and after taking Yinlai decoction,the levelof IL-4 has decreased(P>0.05),after taking ribavirin IL-4 level was close to normal (P<0.05).IL-10:Dyspeptic factors can lead to IL-10 level increasing significantly (P<0.05).After infection, it was significantly increased compared with the normal group (P<0.01),compared with infection group, the level of IL-10 in infection treatment group was significantly decreased (P<0.01),infection treatment group IL-10 level was decreased significantly than dyspepsia infection group(P<0.05). Ribavirin group IL-10 levels decreased significantly than infection group(P<0.01).Cytokines in lung tissueIFN-γ:Compared with the normal group, the IFN-γ level of dyspepsia was mice lower(P<0.01), infection group, dyspepsia and infection group IFN-γ level was decreased significantly (P<0.01) than the normal group and dyspepsia group. Compared with dyspepsia and infection group,Yinlai Decoction group IFN-γ level was increased significantly (P<0.01).And compared with dyspepsia and infection group,ribavirin group IFN-γ levels increased significantly(P<0.01).TNF-α:Compared with the normal group, infection group, dyspepsia and infection group increased significantly (P<0.05),Compared with dyspepsia and infection group, Yinlai Decoction group TNF-α level was decreased (P<0. 05); simple infection group TNF-α level was elevated after infection (P<0.01). Compared with dyspepsia and infection group, ribavirin group levels continue to rise (P<0.05).IL-2:Compared with the normal group, IL-2 of dyspepsia group were decreased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the normal group, infection group IL-2 level was decreased significantly (P<0.01).Infection group by giving Yinlai decoction,IL-2 level was increased significantly (P<0.01).IL-4:Dyspepsia group the IL-4 level decreased significantly (P<0.01), compared with the normal group.After infection,infection group,dyspepsia and infection group IL-4 levels was decreased significantly (P<0.01).The ribavirin level of IL-4 was increased obviously morethan infection group and the difference was significant (P<0.01).IL-10:Compared with normal group, dyspepsia group,infection group IL-10 level was increased significantly (P<0.01). Yinlai Decoction IL-10 level was significantly higher than dyspepsia and infection group (P<0.05).Ribavirin IL-10 level was significantly lower than dyspepsia and infection group (P<0.0 1).Conclusion(1)Through above experimental results, humoral immunity and cellular immunity play an important role in the process of dyspepsia, dyspepsia compound infection, Yinlai Decoction has certain therapeutic effect on dyspepsia compound infection mouse.(2)Yinlai Decoction has obvious protective effects on the injury of on lung tissue pathology,and there is increased and obvious effect on mouse infected by hypothermia.(3)Simple dyspepsia factor can influence cellular and humoral immunity in mouse.(4)The mechanism of Yinlai Decoction may be through the negative regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine excessive secretion, and positive regulation of anti-inflammatory cytokines level and regulating network equilibrium between the adjustment organism cytokines, to restore the body’simmune function. |
