The first diagnosis of outpatient patients are analyzed according to the international classification of diseases(ICD-9). The morbidity of gastroenteritis is relatively concentrated, and in the spring and summer gastroenteritis disease are more, less sick, and it is less in autumn and winter, in addition, the annual change of gastroenteritis is big. The diabetes appear at every month, the seasonal variation of diabetes are obvious, the spring and summer appear more, in addition, the change of annual clinic visits and constituent ratio of diabetes are big. The temporal variation of injury are obvious, it appear more at November. The temporal variation of diarrhea also are obvious, it appear more at June, July and August. Serpigo often focus on May and July. At last, the other disease don’t have the trend of temporal variation. 1.2.3 The treatment of patient with different identitiesThe results defined the common diseases of outpatients in troops offices and their distribution in medical security objects with different status, which provided references for battalion medical organizations in the grass-roots units to develop medical insurance system efficiently. Division commander cadres is given priority to with high blood pressure and diabetes, and Group of cadres and soldiers under the disease are similar, mainly composed of common disease. 1.3 ConclusionWe can make the following conclusions through analysis the disease spectrum of treatment case in one grass troop:The main disease treated in the grass troop are upper respiratory infection, high blood pressure, gastro-enteritis, diabetes, injury which are the are the priority disease of medical security in the unit. In addition, infectious diseases and non-infectious diseases also have played an important role in the disease spectrum.The seasonal variation of disease spectrum is obvious in the unit, and the position and age also can affect spectrum of diseases. These factors should be considered when make decision about development and fund of health, and the allocation of health resources as well as the development of health prevention. 2.Concept about constructing the system of disease surveillance in grass troopIn the analysis of the military sub district offices outpatient case investigation process.
