This paper is composed by review and clinical research.ReviewSummarize and analysis the methods of current research in TCM syndrome of lung cancer and the relationship between the syndrome and lung cancer relevant data such as pathologic classification, clinical TNM stage, imaging, radiation therapy and chemotherapy to provide methodological guidance and literature basis. Define the necessity and feasibility of this study by summarizing bronchoscope technology in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Clinical researchObjective:To obtain the syndrome distribution regularity of first time lung cancer patients. On the basis of this, try to explore the relationship between the manifestation under the bronchoscope and syndrome distribution.Method:Conclude the common symptoms of lung cancer by doing frequency statistics on the four diagnostic information of 176 lung cancer patients without treatment. Use cluster analysis and factor analysis methods to obtain the syndrome classifications and arrive at the characteristic of each classification. Based on the syndrome classifications, explore the relationship between the manifestation under the bronchoscope and syndrome distribution of 98 patients who had accepted bronchoscope inspection not less than 2 weeks.Result:Common clinical symptom of 176 patients were mainly include:cough, sputum, chest pain, fatigue, dyspnea, suppression in chest, thirst, greasy fur tongue, yellowish fur tongue, stringer vein. The main syndrome types are Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome (35.2%), Qi-stagnation, blood stasis and dampness retention syndrome (24.4%), Qi deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome (22.2%), Yin deficiency syndrome (18.2%).The main disease’s location is lung and related to spleen, kidney, liver and heart. Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is the majority syndrome of squamous carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma. The pathological type has no statistical significance with syndrome. Come to the TNM staging, Qi-stagnation, blood stasis and dampness retention syndrome is more commonly in period Ⅱ. Qi deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome is the majority syndrome in Period Ⅲ. Period IV sees more Qi and Yin deficiency. TNM staging has statistical significance with syndrome. The basic types of the manifestation under the bronchoscope have statistical significance with syndrome. Qi deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome is mainly hyperplasia change (61.9%). Yin deficiency syndrome is mainly infiltrating change (50%). Qi-stagnation, blood stasis and dampness retention syndrome is mainly hyperplasia change (45%). Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is mainly infiltrating change (48.8%).Conclusion:This research concludes that. The main syndrome types of lung cancer are Qi and Yin deficiency sydrome, Qi-stagnation, blood stasis and dampness retention syndrome, Qi deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome. The relationship between the manifestation under the bronchoscope and the syndrome are Qi deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome is mainly hyperplasia change, Yin deficiency syndrome is mainly infiltrating change, Qi-stagnation, blood stasis and dampness retention syndrome is mainly hyperplasia change and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is mainly infiltrating change.
