| ObjectiveUsing Guo Shi week sequential therapy to cure the disease of hypoovarianism Evaluating the efficacy by comparing the difference between the menstrual conditions, the basic serum hormone level, the main clinical symptoms, the rate of pregnancy and the ovarian maximum section diameter before and after the treatment. Analysis the theory basis of the treatment and the pathogenesis. Summarize the clinical experience and make it promoted.MethodsBased on analysing the basic information of the patients,to sum up the morbidity in the crowd. The information,such as the onset age, clinical symptoms, influence factors can enhance the understanding of the disease.Take the method of retrospective study. Selecting the patients of hypoovarianism who were treated by Professor Guo Zhiqiang or Professor Wang Biqin in April 30,2014 to December 29,2015. The total number of the patients is 134. Inputing all the basic information and the medical information of the patients into the database, and deal with the collected data by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Using relevant knowledges to summarize the results of statistical analysis in the last.Results1. In 134 cases, The shortest course of disease is 1 month, the longest is 20 years,and the average course of disease is 3.1 years. The shortest treatment time is 1 period, the longest is 10 periods, and the average treatment time is 3.72 periods.2. The five highest menstruation in the hypoovarianism is normal menstruation,oligomenorrhea, delayed menstruation, menostaxis, irregular menstruation There were 108 patients prepared to pregnant, accounted for 80.60%. There were 46 patients never pregnant before, accounted for 34.33%.3. The three highest risk factors of hypoovarianism is history of ovarian surgery, history of pelvic infection, history of autoimmune disease. Thyroid disease is dominant in autoimmune disease.4.85.32% of the patients got normal menstruation after the treatment.The conditions of the menstrual cycle,menstrual period, menstrual volume, menstrual color, menstrual blood clots, dysmenorrhea had been improved.There were significant differences between the menstrual cycle,menstrual period, menstrual volume, menstrual blood clots, dysmenorrhea before and after the treatment,P<0.05.5. The level of FSH and FSH/LH was significantly decreased after treatment,P=0.000< 0.05.There are significant differences before and after the treatment.The level of serum E2 has slightly increased after the treatment,P=0.096> 0.05, so there was no significant difference before and after the treatment.6. The main clinical symptoms,such as sensation of chill,pain in the joint or back, distending pain of breasts, alvine cold, irritability, difficult to sleep, lumbar cold, dry mouth, hot flash, spontaneous sweat,can’t stand the heat,foot and heart are prone to heat, profuse sweating had improved especially sensation of chill,pain in the joint or back, distending pain of breasts, alvine cold, irritability, difficult to sleep, lumbar cold, dry mouth showed significant differences before and after the treatment(p<0.05).7. There were 31 patients pregnant after treatment, accounted for 23.13%. The treatment time on average is 4.35 months.58.06% of the patients were pregnant after taking 1 to 3 treatment periods.8. Both sides of the ovary biggest section length to diameter, short diameter are increased after the treatment.The maximum length to diameter of the right ovarian had significant difference before and after the treatment(P< 0.05), but the others had no significant difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions1. The disease of hypoovarianism has the youth oriented tendency.2. Women who prepare to pregnant should closely monitor ovarian reserve function, even though they have normal menstruation. Women who have got delayed menstruation, irregular menstruation,amenorrhea,oligomenorrhea should find out if they had DOR or POF.Make sure that do early prevention, early detection, early treatment in clinical.3. Women should avoid the high risk factors of hypoovarianism. The patients who need gynecological operation or radiotherapy or chemotherapy,should protect normal ovarian tissue and reproductive functions, he patients who have got DOR or POF should remove induced factors, and set up a reasonable plan for them, according to the theirs ages, ovarian reserve function, bearing requirements,and so on. Reduce the risk of osteoporosis or cardiovascular disease in the future.Women who have bearing requirements can rely on assisted reproductive technology.4. Guo Shi week sequential therapy can improve ovarian function obviously in three periods. Patients should check out of the uterus, fallopian tubes, etc if they fail to pregnant after three treatment cycles. The effect of Traditional Chinese medicine to cure of DOR or POF is distinct, and also avoid the side effects of hormone treatment methods,and so on.5.
