ObjectivePreliminary exploration of six-channel syndrome distribution characteristics of type 2 Diabetes, and find some relationship may exist between six-channel syndrome and indicators associated with Diabetes.MethodsCollect the clinical information of Diabetes, Including the patient’s gender, age, body mass index (BMI), duration of Diabetes complications, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlC) and four diagnostic information of TCM. Use Differentiation of six channels to discriminant Diabetes syndrome, Sums up the distribution characteristics of six-channel syndrome,and use binary classification Logistic regression analysis to explore the correlation between the Diabetes clinical information, physical and chemical index and six-channel syndrome.Results1 Among the 227 patients Shaoyin disease (with the percentage of 51.98%) is in the highest frequency.Followed by yangming disease (with the percentage of 42.73%). the lowest frequency is Taiyang disease (with the percentage of 6.60%). Jueyin disease pathogenesis is complex, Among which there are 20 cases the blood deficiency haemorrheological nature meridian syndrome, which is in the highest rate.2 Among the 227 patients Six-channel syndrome is mainly in terms of several channel syndrome together(with the percentage of 61.23%), among which there are mainly two channel syndrome together(with the percentage of 51.98%). In the two channel cooperation disease, Yang Ming and Shaoyin disease together are the most frequent(with the percentage of 61.23%), Followed by Yang Ming and Shaoyin disease with heat transformation syndrome,with frequency of 16.95%,Yangming and Taiyin get sick together with frequency of 16.95%.The case of three channel diseases together sum up to 20,however there is only one case of four channel get sick together.3 The results of correlation analysis between Six-channel diseases with gender, age, course of the disease, BMI and HbAlc:Firstly, There are positive correlations between Yangming disease and BMI, HbAlc,that is as BMI or HbAlc increasing, incidence rate of Yangming diseases increase; There are negative correlations between Yangming disease and gender, course of the disease,namely, The incidence rate of women suffering from Yangming disease are lower than that of men.Secondly, There are negative correlations between Taiyin disease and HbA1c.Tirdly, There are positive correlations between Shaoyin disease with cold transformation syndrome and course of the disease; There exist positive correlations between Shaoyin disease with heat transformation syndrome with age.Fourthly, There are positive correlations between Jueyin disease and gender.4 The high frequency of symptoms of 227 patients In the order as follows:Dry mouth and throat, lack of power, lumbar debility, insomnia and much dream, spontaneous perspiration, upset and irritability, extreme thirst, blurred vision, Frequent night urination, constipation or dry, dizziness, Afraid of hot, often abdominal distension.Conclusion1 The high frequency of six-channel syndrome of Diabetes from high to low in turn are Yangming disease, Shaoyin thermalization syndrome, Taiyin disease, Shaoyang.
