Objection:To discuss the effective treatment method of progressive traumatic subdural effusion. Methods:By using retrospective analysis method between January2010and December2012, to divide53cases of traumatic progressive subdural effusion patients into two groups:Control group to be pure drilling drainage treatment, the experimental group to be in a large waist pool puncture drainage with temporal myofascial bypass surgery under combined treatment. Comparing of the amount of fluid, fluid thickness, intracranial pressure and fluid loss rate of the two groups of patients after6months,then using statistical methods to analyze the curative effect. Cases of diagnosis and selection criteria:All cases are patients of craniocerebral trauma after craniocerebral CT examination in inside the skull for plate under uniform crescent low density area (approximate the cerebrospinal fluid density), review of craniocerebral CT effusion quantity increasing and (or) clinical symptoms aggravate gradually,Ruling out cases due to the surgical operation, infections and other causes subdural effusion quantity increasing gradually. Results:For patients with traumatic progressive subdural effusion progress type, take a large waist pool puncture drainage with temporal myofascial bypass surgery for6months after combined treatment, fluid volume and thickness of the effusion significantly lower than the pure drilling drainage treatment of patients, and patients with intracranial pressure was significantly lower than the simple drilling drainage, fluid loss rate is higher than the pure drilling drainage treatment of patients, P<0.05. Conclusion:Patients with traumatic progressive subdural effusion, take a large waist pool puncture drainage with temporal myofascial bypass surgery under combined treatment effect is obviously better than pure drilling drainage treatment of patients, can be used as a better treatment of traumatic progressive subdural effusion.
