Abstract:Context:Sports can promote health very well, however, at the same time unscientific exercise will lead to the occurrence of sports injuries. Very few studies found in the literature preventing and curing sports injuries from the angle of science exercise. Objective:After twelve weeks of targeted scientific exercise intervention, whether there are differences before and after the intervention in the quality of testing movement, in the sport actions which have the antagonistic relationship and whether there are differences between group A and group B before and after the test. And whether there is a positive effect which exercise Intervention leads to.Design:The study assessed the subjects’tennis ability of tennis kinetic chain according to HUBER Tester. The tester assessed the tennis kinetic chain according to6actions (PI-P6).Subjects:The subjects were20tennis amateurs who were no acute Injury and no acute exacerbations of chronic sports injuries in the last6months. According to the statistics, there were16LN who had suffered chronic sport injuries, and the injuries had been treated well via the clinical treatment. But there would be discomfort such as pain when the subjects were overworking or caught a chill.Interventions:According to the test outcome of every subject, there would be a personalized exercise intervention program for everyone, which was lasted12weeks,2-3times a week and40-60minute each time. The program included adaptation period, earlier strengthen period, strengthen period and retention period. During the interventions, strictly observed would be taken which were about range of motion and muscle strength. Results:Significant differences were found in the test after the interventions for within subjects effects. There was a significant difference in one of the antagonistic kinetic chain before the interventions, which was not found in the second test. There was a significant difference between group A and B in P3LEFT in the first test, which was not found in the second test. And there were no differences between group A and B after the interventions. The discomfort of subjects with chronic sport injuries was weakened. Conclusion:Exercise intervention designed by individual differences can avoid weak links into sport injuries, and then the intervention can make the weak links normal. According to the intervention, there will be a trade that the unbalance between kinetic chains will be eliminated. The trade that the differences among diverse ages will be decreased after the intervention shows there is no age-specific when the intervention is scientific and reasonable. Targeted intervention can make the chronic sports injuries cured and prevent the injuries worse.
