Objective application of pit and fissure sealant and fluoride ondeciduous prevention molarinterventions for prevention of dental caries,to observe the effect of prevention,in order topreschool children dental caries in deciduous molars with new intervention。 Methods byCariostat method in150preschool children in primary molars caries activitytest were dividedinto cariesactive high-risk and low-risk populations,,checkits primary molars caries DMFTcalculation.30randomly selected caries active children do high-risk groups as experimentalgroup1,30in caries active low risk children in experiment group2, application of pit andfissure sealant and fluoride and protecting agent at the same time dollar of primary molarscaries prevention intervention were collectedfrom30cariesactivity,lowrisk group applicationToro fluorine mouthguard agent on the milk molar of the caries prevention intervention, the intervention for6months,12months,18months to calculate incidence of caries,cari-es preventioneffect observation.。Results of150preschool children in primary molars cari-esactivity test were divided into caries active high-risk and low-risk populations by Cariostathigh-risk groups the caries prevalence rate was68.75%,lower risk of caries rate was28.6%there were significant difference between two groups(p<0.05)。The experimental group1,experimental group2,control group and intervention,6months incidence rates were12.3%,11.6%,13.1%,three groups had no significantdifference (p>0.05)。Duringthe12monthincidence rates were12.4%,11.8%,23.2%,experimental group1,experimental group2showed nosignificant difference (p>0.05), experimental group1,control group weresignificantlydifferent (p<0.05),experimentalgroup2,controlgroup weresig nificantly different(p<0.05)。 During the18month incidence rates were13.2%,12.9%,29.3%, experimentalgroup1,experimental group2showed no significant difference (p>0.05),experimental gro-up1,controlgroup weresig nificantly different (p<0.05),experimental group2, control groupweresig nificantly different(p<0.05)。 Conclusion the application no fdntalcaries preventionintervenetions for deciduous molar pitand fissuresealant anddollar fluorine mouthguard age-nt,canachievethe anticaries effect effectively, reduce the incidence rate of cariesin preschoolhas the value of clinical application.
