Objective: Based on the vitro experiment,the paper observes the depth of dye permeating through the edge of pit and fissure sealant and compares the operation time of 3 materials,to evaluate the microleakage of traditional resin-based sealant,glass ionomer sealant and self-adhesive resin-based sealant used in pit and fissure sealing of primary molars.It is to provide the scientific basis for the selection of suitable pit and fissure sealing materials of primary molar in clinical operation.Methods: Select 27 complete primary molars with deep grooves and non-caries in 3 groups each group 9 teeth.Each group uses VOCO Fissurit F(group A)?Dyad Flow(group B)?GC Fuji ?(group C)to seal the pit and fissure of the molars,after 1000 cycles of thermocycling,each group places 8primary molars into the 2% methylene blue solution for 48 hours,then makes them into abrasive discs as well as observes the microleakage of this section under stereo microscope.Each group employs the left and undyed 1 tooth to observe the inside of materials,the depth of materials permeating through the pit and fissure as well as the bonding surface of materials and teeth by SEM.The operating time of the pit and fissure sealing of 3 materials are recorded.Result:(1)The edges of 3 materials have microleakage to some degree: the difference of microleakage between VOCO Fissurit F(Group A)and Dyad Flow(Group B),VOCO Fissurit F(Group A)and GC Fuji ?(Group C)has statistical significance.(P<0.001),the difference of microleakage between Dyad Flow(Group B)and GC Fuji ?(Group C)has no statistical significance.(P>0.05).(2)In terms of the clinical operating time of pit and fissure sealing,the operating time of self-adhesive resin-based sealant Dyad Flow is the shortest and the operating time of traditional resin-based sealant VOCO Fissurit F is the longest.Conclusion:(1)Traditional resin-based sealants VOCO Fissurit F has good marginal adaptation and is the first choice material for the pit and fissure sealing of primary molars.(2)Self-adhesive resin-based sealant Dyad Flow can combine acid etching with bond,simplify the process,reduce the operating time to some degree and is suitable for the young as well as young children with poor compliance.
