Expression Of EGFR KI-67 In Female Breast Cancer In Qinghai And Its Clinical Significance

Objective：The relationship of EGFR and ki-67expression with breast cancer wasdiscussed and their prognostic clinical significance were judged,discuss therelationship between them and the clinical pathological features of the breastcancer in qinghai reigion.so as to helping early diagnosis,specifing herapeticregimen,thinking highly of healing: improving their survival rare.Methods: We collected60cases of breast cancer tissues from oral and maxillofacialsurgery department of Afficiated Hospital of Qinghai University and40cases ofbreast macosa tissues away from breast ulcer or gastroduodenal ulcer whichunderwent surgical resection. and all cases were han people:and had numbers ofaxillary lymphwe got the corresponding paraffin blocks fome the department ofpathology,then made the immunohistochemical sections by the two-step way of shortcat immuno-chemistry.Im-munohistochemistry was used to detect the expression ofEGFR and ki-67proteins and clinica pathological features were analyzed.Result: By using immunohistochenical method, it showed that in the breast cancertissues ki-67positive rate was80．00％,EGFR positive ratewas65.7％, it showed thatin the Fibroadenoma of breast tumor ki-67positive rate was2.50％,EGFR positiveratewas7.50％,EGFR KI-67in breast cancer were associated with lymph nodemetastasis,TNM stage.but not with age.tumorsize.histological grade.The pearsoncorrelation analysis showed that EGFR and ki-67expression in breast carcinomawas also positive correlated(r=0.65, p<0.05)Conclusion: In breast cancer tissue. there are different expressions in EGFR andki-67.which can be used as reference indexes for judging breast cancer prognosis andguiding treatment。...
