Studies On The Effect Of Chinese Nutgall On The Cytochrome P4503A In Carp And Pharmacodynamics Of It

Chinese nutgall is produced by a kind of insect belonging to pemphigdae , its main effective components is tannic acid whose content can as high as 70% . Chinese nutgall has functions of detoxification , hemostasia , bacteriostasis , and so on . It is abundant in our country , growing in dank and worm hills and mountainous area , is a kind of cheap and effective Chinese traditional medicine . In aquiculture , Chinese nutgall have been used to prevent and cure diseases , but there have been no studies about the effect of it on the Cytochrome P450-a series of important drug metabolizing enzymes and its preventive and curative effect on bacterial septicemia in fish .The dissertation established the method for detection of the Cytochrome P4503A activity in carp , compared the Cytochrome P4503A activity in different tissues of carp , studied the effect of the Chinese nutgall extract on the liver Cytochrome P4503A activity , explored the preventive and curative effect of Chinese nutgall against Bacterial Septicemia of carp and it' s bacteriostasis on three kinds of Pathogenic bacteria in Vitro .1 Studies on the method of detecting the Cytochrome P4503A activity in carp and difference of the enzyme in different tissuesThe microsome of tissues was made by differential centrifugation to establish the method of detecting the Cytochrome P4503A activity in carp , then Cytochrome P4503A activities in different tissues were compared . Results showed the method of using Nash to determining the erythromycin N-demethylase activity with UV chromatography was sensitive and reliable for detection of the Cytochrome P4503A activity in carp .
