After collecting, analyzing, evaluating main new techniques information, we selected 8 main new techniques such as hybrid, fertilization technique, rational close planting, mulching film covering, green measure ridging, grow and transplant seedlings, seed pelleting, integrated pest control etc as our research subjects in order to set up the system of evaluating progress in agriculture science and technology in new stage.The results of evaluating corn new techniques indicated: First, winkling climate' s effect, corn yield was increased with 241. 7kg/667m~2 from 1989 to 2003 by advance of science and technology in Bijie district. Second, in all techniques, corn yield was affected by manure (contribution rate is 41. 03%) in the first,breed(contribution rate is 33. 58%) in the second, cultivation techniques (contribution rate is 20.07%) in the third and integrated pest control (contribution rate is5. 33%) in the last; after decomposing every corn new techniques, corn yield was affected by hybrid(contribution rate is 30.19%), nitrogenous fertilizer (21. 5%), rational close planting (9.13), phosphorus fertilizer (8.57%), potash fertilizer(4.68%), grow and transplant seedlings (3.95%), mulching film covering...
