Based on theories of sustainability, system security and the ecological carrying capacity, the paper explores the relationship between the forest ecological security and the economy, society, resources, science and technology and cultural .Also it establishes the evaluation indices depending on the basic data which is from 30 forestry experts and the local old forestry workers and the model of P-S-R.The index weight is determined by applying the method of AHP,and the degree of the forest eco- security of the Yan-ping district is determinded by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The index of the forest eco- security of the Yan-ping district is obstained by quantitated of the set of the evaluation and used the linear weighted method. This study was designed to provides a theoretical basis for the forest ecological environment construction of Yanping .Main outputs of the paper include:(1) The relationship between the forest ecological security and the economy, society, resources, science and technology and cultural can be found Through the qualitative analysis.(2) The 22 basic indicators of the degree on the forest ecosystem are determined throughing analysis and screening under the relevant theoretical support.(3) The index weight is determined by applying the method of AHP.It can be found that the per capita ecological forest area, government financial input for ecological forest, the per capita accumulation and ecosystem diversity index have the greater weight and the greater impact of the forest eco- security on the Yanping district.(4) The degree of the forest eco- security of the Yan-ping district is determinded by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The index weight vector of the forest eco- security of the Yan-ping district is B =(0 .18080.44430.28600.0889). The overall ecological security situation in good based on the maximum membership degree method.The composite index of the forest eco- security of the Yan-ping district is 74.34 points after quantified the set of the evaluation. The vectors of the various sub-indicators are B1 =[0 .15930.51750.29230.0294]B2 =[0 .22890.38100.28330.0985]; B3 =[0 .11890.56750.32810.1652]。(5)Depengding on ,the impact of the forest eco-security about yanping district was calculated thruogh specific factors. The results showed that there are nine indicators of ecological safety index from positive role, in particular, indicators C1 8,C 17,C3,C6, a greater impact on the composite index;Thirteen indexes play a negative effectives.
