Study On Flavonoids Of Sorbus Tianschanica L.

The main purpose of this thesis was the chemistry composition analysis and research of Sorbus tianschanica . This thesis first made preparation of an experiment in detail to the fruit of the sorbus tianschanica to Xinjiang ,then mainly aimed to research flavonoid compounds of the sorbus tianschanica.We carried on more detailed flavonoid compounds amount study of different valid parts of sorbus tianschanica by the way of two kinds of methods -the color method and HPLC . At the same time this thesis carried on a research to the total flavonoids of the branch of the Sorbus tianschanica, which was different collected period. This paper compared two kinds of rose families sorbus of different effective spots of total flavonids content.We get a better process of total flavonoids abstraction from the branch of Sorbus tianschanica,.Under the best process of total flavnoids ,two flavnoids were isolated from them. Preliminary affirmed two kinds of compounds belong to flavanone, two kinds of structure just substituent had a dissimilarity separately. This thesis was a part of a national natural science fund to subsidize.
