Abstract/Summary:
In the research on reducing soil adhesion and scouring soil of the terra-machine, there are many needs to measure adhesion properties, such as analyzing soil adhesion mechanism, investigating soil adhesion rules, studying reducing adhesion and scouring soil for the walking-devices and working-components of terra-machine. Therefore the devices or equipments for testing soil adhesion property are very essential.Although a lot of scholars internal and overseas have studied and developed a great variety of soil adhesion instrument, along with development of work about reducing adhesion and scouring soil for working-components of terra-machine, many problems still exist because of the limits of minimal soil adhesion force, Precision Data Acquisition, resolution and technique. Thereby, the researches on soil adhesion theory were limited to some extent for the sake of device. Based on examining a lot of internal and overseas information and combining the latest development trend, some design principals were put forward to improve minimal testing result.This dissertation, base on analyzing the interaction between soil-engaging components and soil, sum up the experience of design for the former test equipments, start with the problems on test instruments in lab, and focus on choosing the type of Dynamica Sensor and designing the data acquisition system. The design based on theories of data-acquisition and control engineering such as digital signals acquisition, data process, FFT and automation. On the hardware, different sensors and data acquisition instruments for different testing systems. The main instruments includes Charge Amplifier, WAVEBOOK (high-Speed data acquisition), multi-channels Biology signals acquisition system, and digital controller EDC100. Match with hardware, software design mainly has two parts:1) the function module software was programmed with the developing kit Visual C++6.0 and the OOP technique.2) Virtual instrument software operating system was designed with graphics program language, base on the third tool box DASYLAB 5.6.Three Test Systems for Minimal Soil Adhesion was tested with several methods to get their performance technique parameters, in term of modern instruments evaluation standard, and, at the same time, according to analyzing the experiments data and comparing the differences of this three test systems, applying object and operating environment for every test system was confirmed. The developed measurement systems was tested and validated. The result showed that they have good reliability, precision, repeatability and automatic level. Even some of them can improve sampling frequency and showing soil adhesion mechanics interaction processionvery entirely and realistically, so they can implement more precise test of soil adhesion.The development of the test system for soil adhesion property offers an advanced instrument and meathods for studying soil adhesion mechanics and the soil/solid interface dynamic adhesion system.
