In last few years, with the development of facility agriculture, there are many kinds of small machines used for greenhouse, however, some problems exist, for example, big size, bad adaptability, etc. So the electrodynamic loosener for our country is designed and made.According to research, more soft soil, the more limited space, convenient conditions and agronomic requirements, we confirm the structure of small electric Loosener . The machine is primarily composed of electric motor, varying speed institution, working device, driving system, operation system etc. Electric motor supplies power , is connected with speed reducer though shaft coupling .Varying speed institution used speed reducer and rag wheel So the power was divided into two parts , one part was transferred to working parts loosing soil , the other was delivered to driving system making parts loosing soil ,the other was delivered to delivered to driving system making the machine go forward .Operation system includes steering hardware and clutch operating device .The former controls the direction . The latter meshed or declutched , the power of workingparts and driving system is transferred or broken.Loosening system is the key constituent of the machine. According pick movement when man uses it to plane soil, corresponding structure was designed to simulate its locus. By analyzing movement of the structure , we adopt Crank glide-haulm Mechanism and assistant cam .And it cut soil like man : is there is no plough pan .Ability of Turning and hacking soil is weaken ,which reduce destroy for soil.
