In the development of edible fungi industry,it has been a pillar industry more than 4m tons a year.The method of production is becoming gradually installation factorial scaled year round cultrue from seasonal and farmily workshop model.Submerged fermentation is the development trend of edible fungi.The extension of liquid spawn will propel the development of edible fungi industry.The liquid spawn has been much studied previously. But the species of edible fungi are very much and its varieties renewal quickly.The previous results have limited a little.Based on previous studies,this paper will study the submerged culture factors of P.ostreatus and Coprinus comatus in some orthogonal tests and single-factor tests.To disscus the optimum medium and conditions also including their application and simple fermentor tests,it provides theoretic basis for liquid spawn giving full play on development of edible fungi. The experiment results showed:1.The optimum formula for P.ostreatus liquid spawn medium was as follows:sucrose 2%, corn meal 4%,wheat barn 3%,yeast powder0.3%, KH2PO40.25%, MgSO4·7H2O0.1%, ZnSO4·7H2O 0.05%, and the optimum pH was 6.2.While the optimum medium capacity, the rotation rate,the spawning rate culture period were 80mL/250mL, 150r/min, 10% and 6d resp..2. The optimum medium of Coprinus comatus liquid spawn was sucrose 2%, corn meal 3%,wheat bran 4%, yeast powder0.5%, KH2PO40.25%, MgSO4·7H2O0.1%, initial pH6.2 and that the optimum culture conditions were as follows: medium capacity 60mL/250mL flask, rocking bed rotation rate 120r/min, inoculation rate 5% and the culture period of about 6 days.3.While the culture condition in fermentor were as follows: medium capacity 10L/16L, 25℃,aeration 4L/min,agitation speed 250r/min,inoculation rate 10%,after 2days,the mycelial biomass of P.ostreatus reached 26.3g/100mL,after 3days, the mycelial biomass reached 35.5g/100mL,and Nos. of mycelial pellet per mL meet to 412 per mL,average dia of mycelial pellet up...
