In order to investigate effects upon the yield and quality of soybean on applying differently proportional Seed Coating Formulation (Simplified form: SCF), this experiment is adopted a field test method. Based on nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the experiment is designed five types of treatment, including cK (control group of non-mixed seeds), treatment 1: the proportion by 1:200 of drug that is KD by 35% and seeds; treatment 2: the proportion by 1:300 of drug that is KD by 35% and seeds; treatment 3: treatment 4: the proportion by 1:300 of drug that is KD by 35% added KH2PO4 by10% and seeds.By the analysis of rate of emergence, disease resistance, chlorophyll content, CM accumulation, yield properties, formal properties, yield and quality, the experiment shows that SCF can increase the rate of emergence of soybean and preventive effect of root nodule disease. But the overall tendency shows that it is higher by 1:300 is than 1:200 of the rate of emergence, and higher by 1:200 than by 1:300 of the effect of preventive diseases.SCF can increase chlorophyll content of soybean. Compared with control group, treatment 4 can improve chlorophyll content most obviously, by 7.8% during seeding period, by7.7% during blooming stage and by 7.9% during pod-filling stage. Based on the analysis of content of chlorophyll a, it can be increased by 8.9% most obviously during pod-filling stage. The second one is treatment 2, increased by 7.2%. They all come from the matter accumulation of photosynthesis. It can improve DM accumulation of soybean on applying differently proportional SCF. But all of them, treatment 4 is highest at the added rate. It can be added by 11.6 during seeding stage, by 5.3% during blooming stage, by 13.5% during pod-filling stage. The second one is treatment 2, which is added by 6.8% during seeding stage, added by 4.5% during blooming stage and added by 12.0% during pod-filling stage. By the analysis of differently proportional content, however, the treatment added KH2PO4 by 10% is better, but by the analysis of the proportion of drug and seed, the treatment based on proportion by 1:300 is better. There is no obvious effect on the mass of 100 seeds and seeds per pod on applying SCF. But there are obvious effect on pods per plant, seeds per plant and mass of seeds per plant. The experiment shows that it makes the seeds changed mainly by changing pods per plant, makes the seed mass per plant changed by changing seeds per plant, and in the end makes the yield of soybean changed on applying differently proportional SCF. Treatment 4 and treatment 2, compared with control group, can both reach obviously different increment range by the treatment on pods per plant, seeds per plant, mass of seeds per plant, but treatment 4 is highest. There are obvious effects on plant height of soybean on applying SCF, but not on the following properties, stem diameter, pod height, joints of lowest pod. The field test shows that treat 4 can reach most added range by plant height during growing period. It can improve soybean yield on applying differently proportional SCF. By the analysis of different proportions, the one, added 10% KH2PO4, is best. The proportion by 1:300 of drug and seed is better. The experiment shows that treatment 4 is better and treatment 2 is second when analyzed the most obviously different level of soybean yield. It can increase fatty content on applying differently proportional SCF. The proportion by 1:200 of drug and seed is better than by 1:300. If taken consideration to soybean yield and fatty yield, treatment 4 is considered better. It can decrease protein content of soybean to some degree and but increase protein yield. Above 4 types of treatment to apply SCF, they are all lower than control group on protein content of soybean, but higher on protein yield.
